Amazing view and great beach access

We really enjoyed our stay at Refresh on the Beach. The house is conveniently located in N Topsail with beach access that we took advantage of the whole time we were there. Great place to be with your family if you want to relax and enjoy the sound of the ocean.

Our stay was wonderful- the property was even better in person! Easy access to beach and very comfortable house. Property manager was excellent snd very responsive!!

Beautiful, updated and clean beach home, perfect for a family vacation!

Prashant is a great, responsive host and his rental home is the perfect place for a family vacation directly on the beach! It is extremely spacious, clean, updated, and equipped with everything for guests with extremely helpful and detailed instructions and information about the home for guests to review ahead of their stay.

Beautiful house and location

We had a great time with two families of 5 and lots of young kids. Ease of access to the beach was amazing for us so we didn’t have to lug toys far. The amenities were great and the high chair was much appreciated. Shower on the deck was also very helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others with young kids!

Another fantastic stay- our second at this beach front property. The location can’t be beat and the house was clean and well equipped. The move in process is simple and management team is great!! We will be back soon! H&L

First time in topsail

Overall the property was great. A couple.minor inconveniences but the poperty .anager was on top of it. Topsail is a quiet little place and it was our first time there. Not a ton to do but quiet. Will for sure be back!

We had a great time. The house was exactly what we needed and location was perfect. The water just steps away was amazing. The only complaint is the outdoor showers i wish it was more private it was hard to get all the sand off all the kids without taking there bathing suits off.

Nice house, great location

This house located ocean front with direct access to the beach. This is an excellent house for enjoying the beach with newer decks, stairs and walkway outside that are nice and wide. This house included linens and towels which is not something common with Topsail rentals. All wooden floors throughout, well maintained home. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place. Very pleasant stay.

Spring break trip

The house was truly oceanfront as advertised. House was clean and well stocked with starters in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also had hand soap in every bathroom which was a bonus! Plenty of beach towels provided along with a few beach chairs. The owner checked in and was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions. The check in and check out instructions were very detailed which made the process easy upon departure.

Awesome property and Great Location

We recently had the pleasure of staying at beach house 3806 Island Dr, North Topsail Beach, NC, a beach house and were absolutely delighted with our experience. The house was not only immaculate and well-maintained, but it also had all the amenities one could wish for, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The location was fantastic, providing stunning views and easy access to the beach. The management communication was also extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you

Beautiful Home, Location and Great Host

This house is the best place we have stayed at on North Topsail Beach. The beach is wide and not very crowded, water is clear aqua and it is only 5 minutes to grocery stores and shopping in Sneads Ferry. The beach is literally right out your sliding glass door, with a nice shower to rinse sand off before coming back inside. The home itself was beautiful with lovely views of the beach in the living room/dining/kitchen areas. The beds were all very comfortable, rooms nicely appointed and decorated and good amount of kitchen supplies. We also liked being able to park in the covered area under the house, esp during rainy days. Air conditioning works well - even on the 95F day we were there and on the top floor. The host, Prashant, is amazing, with a great guidebook laying out everything you need to know about the property and area. Super communication, friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. I would definitely stay at any of his properties in the future!
