Great house for large groups. Great communication. Everything was perfect for our group of 17 adults. The additional parking was a great bonus. Would recommend!

The Blue Haven is a great venue for large families.. They have equipped the property with everything you will need for a great time.. Excellent location and house!!!

Excellent house! Love the kitchen- two ovens and two dishwashers was huge for our large group. Had a few very minor issues that was dealt with instantly through the excellent management company managing the property. Hot tub views for miles!!! Highly recommend!!

Blue “Heaven”

This home sits steps away from the beach and all its glory, I can’t think of a better location. The house is very spacious and quite beautiful, we did have a few little quirks, management was easy to reach to help troubleshoot most of them. Our only complaint was it was not as clean as it should have been.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our multigenerational family of 18 had a fabulous time at Blue Haven. The double refrigerators, dishwashers and ice machines were very much appreciated. It was convenient that previous guests left behind many children's toys, beach chairs, floats and grills. You will not find a better property than Blue Haven.

The large open space , kitchen and living room ,accommodated 21 people without feeling crowded. Lots of fun for family game night. The heated pool was a plus for the kids to enjoy. Definitely plan on renting again.

We had 16 adults and 3 children with ages ranging from 8 months to 83 years old. The house provided everyone with the space they needed and also had areas where we could all gather and be together. It was a very memorable week!

Family Celebration

We had a great time at the Blue Haven celebrating two of our family members birthdays (40th and 87th). We had plenty of space for our large family, some who travelled from out of state. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and all amenities you need. We loved having an ice-maker in the bar area and enjoyed the game rooms as well as beach toys/games. What a great view from the balconies and easy access to the beach. The elevator was helpful for our elderly family as well. The rooms were stocked with fresh linens and towels and everything we needed. We are truly considering making this an annual event. We had such a great time and the house/location were perfect.

Ideal Setting for a Business Retreat & Team Kickoff

We had an incredible weekend at this Beachhouse for our staff’s annual kickoff meeting. The house was spacious and well-equipped, offering the perfect mix of professional space for meetings and a cozy environment to relax. We hosted presentations and team discussions in the open living area, with stunning ocean views providing the perfect backdrop.After a productive day, some of the team enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub, soaking in the winter air. The pool table was fun competition. The beach, though too cold for swimming, was a peaceful spot for short walks between sessions as well as sunset and sunrise strolls. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Our host was incredibly responsive and communicated promptly. This Beachhouse made for the ideal combination of business and relaxation, and we’ll definitely be back!

Great Location, Unresolved Concerns about Home

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved the location and the ability to stay together with family and friends in one large home. The views were excellent the roominess was perfect. General condition of the property was average. We did have concerns because two doors into the home did not lock, one lock was fixed the other was not during our stay.Location was stunning. Property was not cleaned, there were stains on the mattresses including blood stains, the pool area was a mess and had to be cleaned by us to use. We addressed the mattresses, no response from mgmt. The pool area we were told it was due to weather night before, although our arrival wasn't until 4pm so this probaby should have been resolved.
