Place looked very nice when we first checked in, after a couple of days we started noticing cockroaches both alive and dead. Also the screens on the air conditioner need cleaning.

The condo itself was ok, but the property was not at all as advertised. First of all, there was NO beach access during high tide or the multiple hours surrounding high tide. Not only could you not sit on the beach, you couldn’t even get to the beach! The nearest access to an actual beach, which was shown in the picture from the balcony, was private access. If you wanted to brave the steps from the nearest open staircase during the higher tides, you were literally risking your life! The steps down from building 7 stepped down to giant sandbags that were extremely slippery and led to a huge dip in the sand, so even at low tide it was risky. We expected to be able to enjoy the beach and the ocean, but that was not the case most of the time, and most of the times we could were after dark. I understand changing tides, but I was under the impression that there would be beach to enjoy whenever. That was not the reality. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this property and would not suggest it to ANYONE!

Just what I needed!

Absolutely Fantastic

We were guests at a wedding next door. This place was phenomenal. It smelled, looked and felt very clean. I received an email the first night asking how everything was and if I needed anything. Big points here. This condo had mini splits in every room (love them), a shark robot vacuum, modern LED thermostats and even a LEVOIT air purifier. Very modern and accomodating. Clean fridge with a water and ice dispenser, keurig and carafe with coffee and sugar ready to roll. What a place. Phenomenal views, fantastic communication, wonderful amenities, excellent location. I would give this condo and Josh and Michael 10 stars if I could.

Lovely beachfront property

Long weekend stay with a friend. So clean, cute beachy decor & well equipped. Did not need to ask for anything. Great internet connection. Cant get any closer to beach & waves! Will stay again!

Perfect Beach Condo for a Holiday Weekend

This condo was perfect for our family as we spent a long weekend enjoying the beach. The condo was well stocked and everything in working order. The location was nice as its only a few steps to get your feet in the sand and surf. The hosts were extremely proactive with all communication. Overall, a great experience and a relaxing beach stay.

Family Getaway

We bring our family to Topsail every year and we loved this condo for our family of 6. It was very clean, communication was excellent, and of course you can’t beat the location. We’re already booked for next year and looking at another getaway in the fall because we enjoyed it so much.

Great Stay!

We really loved our week at this property. The location was beyond perfect! There were a few minor things that could have been better in the cleaning department, but thats not a reflection on the hoat nor the property. As soon as it was mentioned to the host, they had it fixed for us. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

Memorial Day Weekend

It was my father's 86th birthday. And he hadn't been to the beach in years. We had the greatest time. The room was perfect. The views were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definately stay again!

Bachelorette Weekend

We had a wonderful time for my friends bachelorette! The place was in a perfect location right off the beach, so we were able to go relax and then come in for food so easily. The place was clean and put together, and the managers of the property were very prompt with responses. Definitely would rent again!

Wonderful weekend

We were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay right on the beach. This unit was the perfect size, clean, well furnished, and easy to access. All the basic amenities we needed were supplied and the hosts communicated easily and clearly.

Wonderful

We had a great time, we caught Redfish, Pompano, Flounder, Pufferfish(!!!) Trout and Bluefish just steps in front of the condo, loved the solitude and friendliness of everyone! Condo was clean and just the right size for 3 adults. We only cooked 2 meals during the stay but the kitchen was well stocked with more than we needed! A great trip! Thank you!

Great Unit on North Topsail With Wonderful Hosts

This unit was an incredible value. It is a 2BR in an older complex but you wouldn't know it from looking at it. You have great beach access and plenty of parking. It's the North End which makes it inconveniently far from Surf City but that really isn't a big deal if you are looking for a more laid back and quiet atmosphere. There is a Food Lion about 5 miles away and a nice little locals bar directly across the street. It isn't rambunctious but is perfect for a late evening or midday drink in the shade. The owners were very courteous and checked on us almost daily. The Unit is nice and would comfortably sleep 6 easily. The hosts have thought of nearly everything. I have never stayed in a until that has EVERY thing you could need to cook with even down to a whisk and strainer. There is even a cooler and some kites. Great Stay!!!

Re-defines Beach front location! 100% reco

My family and I had an awesome stay at this condo. The owners were so friendly and communication was excellent. The condos themselves are bit on the older side but this unit has been updated nicely. The kitchen is great and easy to use. Lots of extras provided that are not even listed. The two full bathrooms were great for my family to quickly clean off after coming in from the beach. The shower heads and water pressure are fantastic! Rain style in both bathrooms. The beach was awesome and literally steps away from the condo. The beds were very comfortable and the towel and sheets provided were soft and clean. The only problem was that we booked too short a stay!
