Overall the property was in very good shape. We arrived late at night we had given the property manager, Bob, a heads up and he had gone to the house to turn in some outside and inside lights. The beds were very comfortable. The hot water on the 4th floor seemed to run out quickly after a shower and shampoo. Maybe the thermostat needs to be turned up a little. We used 4 of the 5 bedrooms and everyone was comfortable. I must apologize that after we had left and locked up the house to head to the airport. My sister who was driving home, called me and said she forgot and left a casserole dish and knife soaking in the sink. I meant to call Bob when we got to the airport but unfortunately I forgot. Sorry to the cleaning team. I would suggest that it might be time to have furniture in the Livng Room cleaned, it is showing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this property again. The morning sunrises are beautiful and the sound of the ocean waves is soothing.

This was a great house with so many thoughtful things throughout that made our stay so nice. All beds were very comfortable, a gas grill was a great addition. Kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. A very thoughtful gift was there when we arrived. We hope to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. We were there during hurricane Erin and I felt safe with the dunes that were in the back of the house. The house was very clean and had the perfect amount of room for my large families yearly vacation. I also loved that it did not have a reverse floor plan and an elevator to bring in suitcases and groceries. You can't beat the views of the ocean and the stars at night on every balcony. It was perfectly situated near restaurants and grocery stores and we were easily able to either cook in or go out. A perfect bonus was the many puzzles, games, books, and beach chairs that we utilized during our stay. The property shares a pool with 5 other homes but we never felt like it was too crowded. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay here again.

Great North Top Sail Beach getaway.

Great vacation all my family. The house had room for everyone, and the elevator worked perfectly. The property manager was very easy to get in contact with and responded quickly every time. We are considering going again. Only downside is the price. Pretty pricey.

Perfect place

Perfect place to escape to if you want to unwind and relax! Accommodations are wonderful. Beds are comfortable. Pool clean and it’s almost like having your own own private beach. Every one in our group loved it! Outdoor shower was a big hit!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We were in the area for a wedding, so we decided to make a vacation of it. The property was wonderful. It was well appointed, inviting and very comfortable. The rooms were nice and the main deck was perfect with the hot tub. We spent 80% of our time enjoying this part of the property! I would definitely recommend it especially for a relaxing get away.

Everything we hoped for and more!

We have some non-negotiables when we travel and stay in rental properties. They include 1) truth in advertising 2) premier hosts 3) cleanliness and safety and 4) good mattresses. Truth in advertising: While surprises are great for birthdays nothing ruins a vacation faster than finding out the property you rented based on the description is not what you discovered upon your arrival. Fortunately, this house was exactly as described and even better. Premier Hosts: This host has yet to have this distinction, but I am sure they will earn it soon. While we didn’t need anything during our stay, our host was very responsive to our initial inquiry and then checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Cleanliness and Safety: Every room, appliance and dish was spotless. You can tell that this house is well-cared for and maintained in every way.Good mattresses: A bad mattress (lumpy, overly hard, soft, concave etc.,) is a vacation disrupter. Our mattress (in the “penthouse”) was just right. Now for the “more” that made staying here so enjoyable:Location: If you want beachfront, you can’t get much better than this. We literally walked down the steps over the dunes and voila we were on the beach. This part of the beach has no public access so on most days it feels like it’s all yours. House design and amenities: The house is cozy yet spacious and every bedroom but one has an oceanfront porch. We will absolutely stay here again!! Loved it!

Wonderful trip

Great place to stay! Beautiful view from all rooms. We were looking for something that could accommodate babies, young adults and grandparents. The elevator was perfect for grandparents going up and down. Place was very clean and there was games for the kids. Beach was very peaceful and not too crowded. Great food nearby!

The family loves this house

A family week celebrating my parents 50th anniversary and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The view from the decks are spectacular. We even got to see a whale going by. Everyone was so excited, especially the grandkids. The house had everything we wanted and more. The elevators really helped with my parents having a hard time with stairs. We plan to come back in the summer (the young ones are demanding it) and enjoy it again.
