Great stay!

Had a great time on our long weekend at North Topsail. The property was clean and well appointed. Had all we needed, and the location close to the ocean was nice. We would recommend this place!

Excellent property. Excellent host. We loved the property so much we booked Thanksgiving as well.

Easy check in, clear and prompt communication. Property was nicely appointed and in a beautiful area. Everything to make one's stay enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend staying here.

Easy check in/out. Great location to both the ocean and pool. Awesome view of both the ocean and the sound. Located not far from inland for ready shopping.

Great beach house!

Lovely home that was perfect for our extended family. Very comfortable furnishings and beds were amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very easy beach access. We definitely hope to be back!

Lovely vacation home

We loved our stay, plenty of room to spread out and such easy beach access. The knives in the kitchen are actually sharp and nice quality, something I’ve never expected in a vacation rental, so that really stood out for me. The clean and large community pool is also a nice thing to have if you need a change of scenery from the beach.

Great location!

House was in immaculate condition! Great location for a family with young children, as it is right next to the beach access. Nice community pool. The hot tub was a big plus!

Nice stay for large family

We had a great time! There were 7 adults and 3 children and we even had an extra bedroom. Plenty of seating, things to do and so close to the beach. Loved the community pool, and the private hot tub that we were able to use. Will definitely book again :)

Great stay!

We gathered with our families, some from out of town, and it was a very good experience. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the beach waves to the fullest. Definitely would recommend.

Vacation in Style

The location of this beautiful property is excellent being within view and walking distance of the pool, beach, and fine dining. The home is very well cared for with excellent furnishings. The kitchen is the best equipped. Loved vacationing here.
