The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel itself is worthy of 1.5 stars, the facilities sorely lacking. The hotel room was old and requires alot of maintenance. The installed floor finished carpets didn’t even cover the floor properly, you could see the underlay at the edges. The decor was dated, the room lighting wasn’t good and the shower and sink couldn’t even drain the water away quickly. Not what I would expect from a well known chain like Holiday Inn.

Overall the hotel was clean with all the amenities you need. The only major down side, personally for us was the beds, myself and my wife didnt really get a decent nights sleep. I have stayed inHoliday Inns before and never found fault with the beds so was a bit surprised .

Great service from staff- always helpful and informative. Very clean room — bed, linens, floor and washroom. The room was very spacious too. The breakfast was very good too with lots of options. Very close to T5, just one bus ride away.

Overall we had a great stay. Checkin was speedy and staff were polite. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was set up for our family of 4, with the sofa bed prepared, but we only had cups, towels and teabags for 2. A quick call to housekeeping sorted that out.
