Theasis Serenity Residence is a newly renovated villa perched on a hillside just 20 minutes outside Sitia in eastern Crete. The property is surrounded by olive groves, offering amazing sea views making its location a perfect setting for soaking up the sun, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or watching the sunset over the hills with a glass of local wine. Please note that the access road is unpaved, but it is safe and accessible with any type of car.
Inside, the villa welcomes you with a serene and stylish atmosphere that blends modern comfort with clean, minimal design.
In the living room area you will find a corner sofa, a smart HD TV and a cozy fireplace. A round table with chairs is also available. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, utensils and cookware that you might need for the preparation of your meals.
The villa features two beautifully designed bedrooms, each with a soothing color palette, soft lighting, and comfortable bedding. The first bedroom has a queen size bed while the second has two single beds.
In the villa there is one full bathroom and a separate WC, both designed with functionality and modern aesthetics in mind, ensuring convenience and privacy for families or groups.
For our guests outmost convenience air conditioning units are installed in every bedroom and in the living room area as well. Free Wi – fi access is available throughout the property.

At the heart of the terrace a private crystal-clear water swimming pool (1.3m depth, child-friendly), surrounded by a spacious wooden sun deck awaits you to cool off. Comfortable sun loungers line the deck, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying an afternoon nap under the sky. To one side, a cozy outdoor lounge area with cushioned sofas and a coffee table creates the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply unwinding with a good book.
