I made reservations with this establishment , because there was a indoor pool and an hot tub. However , their pool was down , not working properly , nor was the hot tub! There was not listed a deposit required before a room rental was acquired. The\nDeposit was one hundred dollars that may or may not be returned depending upon what condition I left the room in. This is not listed in any of the paperwork anywhere and I won't know until the facility lets the money go back to my account whether I got the $100 back or not I don't know that they're with anything wrong with the room, they didn't tell me there was anything.Wrong with the room but they also wouldn't tell me whether I was getting my deposit back or not! And their statement was that there's a $20 pet fee. However that pet fee is actually a per day charge, Not just one flat charge. I was allowed to check in very late due to having car trouble on the previous leg of my trip. They were very polite and helpful with that part.However , the rest of it my experience was not good at all! I went to request clean linen.I took the dirty linen with me in order to trade it for clean linen. I brought them three bath towel , two hand towels and two washcloth. They would only give me one bath towel , one hand towel and one washcloth. I had to complain to someone else in order to get a second set.My boyfriend and I were staying in the room so there were 2 adults in the room. (I have a lot more to sat but i ran out of room)
