Most economical lodging I could find with easy, direct access to Avera Medical facilities. Not extremely close, but simple access via 12th Street. Multiple stays. Everything sparkling clean. Vending area locked at night.

What a dump. I'm shocked the Ramada name is attached to this hotel. This place doesn't even try. Filthy and a horrible odor everywhere in the hotel. There is nothing redeeming to report on this hotel. I wish I never stayed here. Never will again.

We went to go check on and we were 20 minutes early and the front desk person was extremely rude. Wouldn't even talk to us just pointed at a sign that said check in time 3pm. Then i read under it $20 fee for early check in. Which he didn't even offer us because he NEVER spoke to us! Needless to say we left and never returned to check in. We went and stayed at another hotel. My husband and i were so disgusted by his behavior and rudeness that we took a loss of money from doing that but that customer service was uncalled for. I don't recommend this place at ALL!

Staff wandered around with no shoes, some were sleeping on couches in lobby and would make us feel super uncomfortable walking through the front door. They glared at us as if wr weren’t supposed to use the front door or we disturbed them. Ice machine and vending machine were not only outdated but filthy and caked in dust and grime. The room was completely hit and it looked like the only thing ever cleaned in it was the made beds. Walls were NASTY. I was looking forward to a shower after out travels and the drain didn’t work, so backed up hair and dirty water puddled and you had to stand in it, plus the bottom of the tub was so crusty I had to put towels down and stand on them while I showered because it grossed me out so bad and I unfortunately didn’t have flip flops. Hair dryer was NASTY, covered in someone’s hair and so full of nasty and dust I bet it would have started a fire if I attempted to turn it on. Half the lights didn’t work, mirrors and windows were smeared and too dirty to see out of, i noticed when outside, that all the windows on the building were the same. Not to mention all the hair and the two condom wrappers I found around the bottom of the bed, I would of said something to staff but I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable and we didn’t stay long anyway plus I had booked through Expedia last minute and I wasn’t gonna turn it into a mess as we didn’t stay long. I can’t speak on the breakfast because the building was so off putting we didn’t even try it.
