Villa Muriwai is a wonderful holiday property with a private pool, located in a quiet area of Armação de Pera but just a short drive from all amenities.

This beautiful villa sleeps 8+1 people and has 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and 2 on the first floor (one with a double bed and another with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds). There are also 3 bathrooms: one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor (one en-suite).

The living room is bright and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. There is also direct access to the BBQ and outside dining area.

Outside you’ll find the inviting pool area with a heatable pool (heating as an optional extra), well kept gardens and peaceful views, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

The property is located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra and just a short drive from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars. The local market is located just a 10 minute drive away where you can find great fresh produce, as well as beautiful beaches (also a 10 minute drive). Car hire is recommended , especially if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are provided within the boundaries of the property.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.

Summer vacation in the Algarve

Very nice and spacious accommodation. It was cleaned weekly (incl. towels & bed linen). The pool and garden were maintained daily. We particularly liked the external barbecue house. The kitchen equipment is ok, but there were no kitchen towels. The quiet and yet quite central location of the villa is suitable for relaxation and as a starting point for excursions. A car is highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Villa Muriwai. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben sie in sehr sauberem Zustand vorgefunden. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gab genügend Wäsche, Handtücher und die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Darüberhinaus gab es ein Grillhäuschen, das wir gern genutzt haben. Wir hätten uns allerdings etwas breitere Betten gewünscht. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Kritik.

Villa au top

Villa très bien située pour sillonner l'Algarve proche de toutes les commodités. Elle est située dans un quartier calme avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Maison propre, sécurisée et bien entretenue. Piscine agréable et très bien entretenue. Tout s'est très bien passé. Mériterait peut être un vrai coin repas extérieur avec du meilleur mobilier de jardin, abrité du vent, avec vue sur la piscine. Cela serait un vrai plus ! (Nous avions une table pliante en plastique à l'arrière de la maison pour pouvoir manger dehors, un peu limite) Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour des vacances en famille et entre amis.

Alles war hervorragend. Die Gegend ist super, die Ausstattung ebenso. Kleiner Abzug für die Betten: die könnten gerne mal erneuert werden
