I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting Siem Reap. Not only was the hotel gorgeous, had a beautiful very large outdoor hotel, delicious breakfast and GREAT coffee but the personal attention shown to us by the consierge (Ken) and the whole staff was outstanding and can not be compared to any other place I’ve stayed! Five star service every minute of the day.

Very nice hotel with beautiful grounds and pool in a convenient location. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. I highly recommend this place.
The workers were beyond kind and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is amazing! I am not sure exactly what the privilege floor means, how it is different from the other floors, but either way it was wonderful and I wish our stay was longer! The only complaint is the air conditioner wasn't as cold as I would have liked.
Service was amazing, always available and quick to help. Facilities were very good.
