Good place to stay and meet all my needs. Had a fridge, basic hygiene essentials, and water. The shower head was not properly screwed into the wall and there was only a shower curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. This caused water to get outside the shower area and everywhere on the bathroom floor. Phone did not work. Only had one pillow per bed and the bed cover/comfortable were short. Pool was lovely with the bar and surrounding plants/flowers. Location was okay and accessible. Staff were very nice.

The property was reasonably good. However there were two things that made me say "Good" rather than "Excellent". 1. They offered free pickup from airport. However in spite of having written confirmation that my pickup will be done, no one showed up for over three hours and multiple calls by me. 2. The bath tub and shower curtain was small and inconvenient to take proper showers, causing significant water spill outside the tub.

シャトルバスをbookingしようとしたが、シャトルバスを使えないというメッセージが入り渡航中に使えるというメッセージが更に入り、どちらかわからず、空港に到着してもホテルのカードを持った迎えがいなかったので、タクシーでホテルへ行った。 しかし、チェックアウト時にシャトルバスをbookingしていたので、10ドル払ってください。 と言われ、使っていないが、しかたなく10ドル支払った。

Serviceminded & friendly staff

My room was really nice. Balcony with view over the pool. The staff was very friendly, helpful and serviceminded. Breakfast was fine, but I would have enjoyed the possibility of having a quiet drink poolside. Good location within easy walking distance of the river. All in all to be recommended!
