Enjoy the sound of rolling waves, amazing sunrises and breathtaking water views from the privacy of your balcony. Take advantage of your close proximity to the Shoal Bay Country Club's latest food and beverage offerings. With three or more dining areas to choose from there is something here to please all the family.

The apartment is just 300m to the pristine and sparkling waters of Shoal Bay Beach and all the delights along the foreshore, boat ramp, trailer parking, BBQ and picnic facilities. There is tennis court hire close by, bike hire, kayak and SUP in the warmer months and don't miss walking to the summit of Tomaree Mountain, which offers stunning views. Close by (2.5km's away) you have the lovely patrolled (Sep-Apr) surf beach of Fingal Bay, also offering a cafe and restaurant and children's playground. Nelson Bay CBD is 3.2km away, and offers boutique shopping, award winning restaurants, fishing co-op, specialty stores.

The Apartment - Stylishly appointed throughout, this three bedroom ducted air conditioned apartment provides breathtaking water views from the main living area and kitchen, with two accesses from the living area to a covered and furnished balcony to enjoy alfresco dining with one the most spectacular views in Australia as your backdrop. The living area offers leather lounge suite and a large 50inch LED TV. The modern kitchen provides guests with the option to prepare meals from this home away from home or to dine out and includes under bench oven, ceramic stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, double door fridge/freezer, granite bench-tops and a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine.

The main bedroom offers a king size bed, ensuite with corner spa bath and access to balcony, the second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third has two single beds. All the bedrooms have either water views or National Park views. There is also a main bathroom with bath and shower, a separate third toilet and washer/dryer and ironing facilities.

Other apartment features include free Wi-Fi, full lift access to your apartment floor from the single allocated car space in the communal lock-up garage and one allocated space in the external car park. Guests also have full use of the communal heated in-ground swimming pool.

Unit was big and comfortable with a view. Bedrooms were warm overnight as AC struggled. Key access to pool area and back into under cover carpark did not function with 2 of our 3 key cards.

Lovely property and location

The appartment is clean and very spacious- plenty of room for our family of 6. It has stunning views and is in a great location. Shoal bay is one of the nicest areas in port Stephens. We would Highly recommend this place to stay.

Great spot for a weekend with friends

Breakwater 205 is a lovely property and the perfect place to spend a weekend away with friends. We were a group of three couples and the apartment was perfect- spacious and well furnished and appointed for a relaxing weekend. It also has a great view of the water. Location is great with the added advantage of having full use of the Ramada resort facilities also. Would love to stay even longer next time. Our whole group would definitely recommend this property.
