"The staff was not welcoming upon check in and came across as borderline hostile. The bathroom smelled like mildew. The sheets and towels were rough which was awful because we got sunburned. The hallway carpet on the 5th floor was filthy. They ran out of coffee in the lobby and when I informed the front desk they gestured towards the bar and restaurant and said “tell them”. Don’t get me started on the awful dining experience. And the bar closing at 11 on the weekend; make it make sense. Overall it’s overpriced for the service and the condition of the room."
