Warning, The pictures are very deceitful. We thought we booked an ocean view since the pictures showed a ocean view and the other a parking lot view. There are 5 cars in the parking lot since it's a Monday night in December. When we asked to check the price and move to the ocean view she wanted to charge us $90 more dollars. $60 more than if we would have booked today through the site. Customer service is a lost service here.

This is the third time staying in this property and it has slowly gotten less desirable to return,while we like the location the facility is showing signs of disrepair the rooms are ok but the smell in the hallways is sometimes rather strong the windows are so fogged up you can hardly see outside. I will probably not book this facility if improvements are not made. What made this experience more frustrating is due to outside conditions we were forced to be indoors more than expected I hope improvements are made

Clean room. Staff was friendly. They’re talking about an upcoming remodel. It does need it. They do the best with what they have. I’d say worth the price we paid. But don’t expect 5 star facilities.

I want to give them a higher review, because once they do the renovations next year, it’s gonna be a fantastic place to stay. Location is great. People are very nice. Staff is very helpful. The restaurant attached has good food. But the condition of the hotel pre-renovation really affected the stay. Not just the dirty carpets in the hallway, which will be changed. I’m sure. But the room itself was not cleaned properly. There was a broken cracker on the floor and some paper. The bathroom floor had something stuck to it and the bathroom curtain had a stain and needed to be changed. which they did happily. And there’s something with the humidity that the air conditioner doesn’t get rid of. The room was so damp that I had to use the dryer for three dollars each time to dry things before I could wear them. So as much as I really want this place to survive, and these people are very nice and the location is amazing, and I know I will stay there again after the renovations. No question at all. But I can’t stay there again until they have the renovations done so it’s hard to give it more than a three star, or OK

Hotel looks a bit run down stains on carpets, our door latch had excessive play sometimes the door would not latch. Someone dropped a bag of potato chips in the elevator they stayed on the ground the entire weekend

There were several things that were wrong with my stay 1st is that there was low water pressure so the toilet wasn’t flushing, but we didn’t want to go through the headache of having to switch rooms so we stayed there was an Internet outage and the plugs in the rooms weren’t working when it comes to plugging in to charge my cell phone mainly using my USB so thank God I had an extra charger so this way my phone’s gonna get charged and of course, there was a front desk experience where the person at the front desk was rude and because it was under my name, when my wife went to check us in because I wanted to unload the car the girl at the front desk gave her a hard time checking us in so it took longer than what it was supposed to what should’ve been easy to check in was a very very unpleasant experience for my wife and when my wife had asked her a question about breakfast she was really rude w/her response. Other than that those experiences whether it’s electrical the toilet, which was caused by what I would feel is low water pressure I would say the staff other than that front desk person of course was really nice. It’s convenient. The pool is amazing by the way and everything is so clean. I definitely want to say at this place again. I would like to revisit if only to see if what happened to me will happen again so would I recommend this place? Yes, if you can tolerate a rude staff member front desk when you check in and everything else without changing rooms then yes

I tried to check in using my phone but wasn’t able to. I called the hotel to let them know I was stuck in traffic and running late. They informed me that if I arrived after hours, I wouldn’t be able to access my room — even though it had been paid for days in advance. I had difficulty understanding the person on the phone, so I asked again for clarification, but they repeated that if I didn’t arrive by a certain time, I would lose the room. Then they hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times from different numbers, but no one answered. I ended up having to cancel my booking and stay somewhere else. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I’ve been to several Wyndham properties. This was truly a disappointment. It does NOT live up to Wyndham’s reputation. It was not very clean, staff was less than helpful and the rooms had a few broken things. The beachfront access was great but I would not recommend this to my family and friends. So disappointed.
