Warning, The pictures are very deceitful. We thought we booked an ocean view since the pictures showed a ocean view and the other a parking lot view. There are 5 cars in the parking lot since it's a Monday night in December. When we asked to check the price and move to the ocean view she wanted to charge us $90 more dollars. $60 more than if we would have booked today through the site. Customer service is a lost service here.

This is the third time staying in this property and it has slowly gotten less desirable to return,while we like the location the facility is showing signs of disrepair the rooms are ok but the smell in the hallways is sometimes rather strong the windows are so fogged up you can hardly see outside. I will probably not book this facility if improvements are not made. What made this experience more frustrating is due to outside conditions we were forced to be indoors more than expected I hope improvements are made

Upon arrival, when I went to the desk, I was greeted by a Friendly Young Lady who was Really Helpful. I had already done the online check in, so my wait was minimal. Our King Suite room was very spacious, balcony with 2 chairs and a Awesome view of the beach and Ocean. The only thing was the vent fan in the bathroom, really noisy but those are a Must, no big deal, close the door. Fridge, microwave, big screen tv, coffee maker, pods. Nice Room, Nice Hotel and We Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Keep up the Great Work, Thanks :)

The building itself was dirty. The corporate and the hall was disgusting. The elevator floor was filthy. The floor beside one of the beds had obviously not been swept. I heard other people walking around the lobby complaining about the filth and there was a lady who brought in pictures of her room, saying how dirty it was. I was very embarrassed to bring my friend here.

We knew this would not be the nicest hotel after reading some prior reviews but it was far worse than we expected. The entire property was dirty and in shambles, areas fixed very poorly, holes in walls, chipped paint and broken fixtures, filthy stained carpet in the hallways. It was a place to sleep but we didn’t really want to spend more time there than that. I could write paragraphs about all of the things that were physically not up to par with base level budget hotels. The check in staff were very rude in the afternoon. Morning staff were slightly more friendly. We were highly disappointed but enjoyed the beach

The only good part to this hotel was the front desk staff. The moment I walked in I was disgusted, the elevators were filthy and reeked of marijuana, as noted the second my 2 children steeped in and immediately plugged their noses. As we got to our floor, there were half done repairs all over the filthy hallway. Our room smelled like someone had been peeing in it for months, we realized it was coming from the ac unit. Between the disgusting smells and the filth of the whole place we checked out early and thankfully were refunded. I would stay anywhere else.

This hotel is right on the beach, which is pretty much its selling point. The hotel itself has been updated, but poorly. However, my biggest issue was with the staff. I spoke with two different front desk employees while I was there and both were indifferent to any questions or concerns I had and had no answers. And the BIGGEST issue was the fact that, somehow there was fiberglass on the couch in our room. How it got there, I have no idea. It got on my arm from resting it on the arm of the couch. I know it was fiberglass, because my husband works with it often and recognized the marks it left on my arm. I’m normally pretty chill, honestly didn’t even care too much, EXCEPT that we have a four month old, AND were just trying to help future guests by letting them know. My husband told the manager, to which she looked at him incredulously and did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. SO unprofessional and definitely not how someone in hospitality MANAGEMENT should respond. Needless to say, we won’t stay here again, and if you want to stay somewhere where the staff actually cares if you enjoy your stay, I would recommend you don’t stay here either. Side note: the restaurant at the hotel is owned separately and is wonderful 😊
