Location is convenient and within walking distance to Lennoxville and the University. Staff at the checkin are lovely and friendly, but they are not available at the desk all night. So when we checked in and the toilets weren't flushing and the lights were not working there was nobody to call and ask for help. Some guests checked in quite late at night and were obscenely noisy. Again, nobody to call for help since the front desk is not occupied. Front desk is unoccupied until 3:00 pm. We checked out after our first terrible night and found alternative accommodations.

Great for the price and location

The front desk was ran by a true southern belle, Laura. She was helpful and super friendly. The room was VERY clean and quaint. Everything you need; fridge was cold; shower was hot with great water pressure. Bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but for the price- its hard to even complain. We would stay here again!

Perfect for an overnight

A great place for a quick overnight stop on our longer vacation. Staff was great and welcoming. Good location food right down the road. The room was clean. Walls are a bit thin we heard late arrivals at 11pm but the noise didn’t last too long thankfully.
