Stayed here while biking Quebec. Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and very helpful. Rooms are large. Able to take our bikes in the elevator and keep them in our rooms. Front desk made nice recommendations for dinner and drinks. Good place, good location.

Rooms were noisy and small. I saw doors broken from the bottom where you can see in rooms. I did not feel safe unfortunately for the hotel. Staff was excellent at reception and very nice. They offer breakfast at adjacent restaurant and that place welcoming is in existent.

Very nice spacious rooms, nice location. Nice Restaurants close by also you get a free breakfast atEggs fruits amazing selection and if you want something else on menu they will deduct $6.oo worth it. Unfortunately chambers lady not friendly at all never seen this.

After reading previous reviews before booking, I was anxious when we arrived, as we have had some bad experiences with hotels wrongly classified and reviewed. For the past three years we have travelled the US and Canada extensively. 1. I do expect a new hotel to be constructed before I come to a town for one night. I don't expect gourmet food and my favorite coffee etc. What I do expect is clean and comfortable beds, clean floors , and clean bathrooms/towels. The room met these criteria. We had a great night's sleep, we felt safe, and the hotel was quiet. The front desk attendants were polite, friendly, and helpful. Having a breakfast included, consisting of whatever, is a bonus, and we take it in stride and adjust. The breakfast that was included in the restaurant next door (tip not included) was excelent and the server was very attentive and proficient. We were happy to tip her for her service, Overall,e got good value for our money. We are Choice Rewards members and get good rates.

This hotel is located at a major intersection and the traffic noise is constant; Upon check in, we could get no local info as the clerk stated that "she couldn't find her own place on a map"... The set up of this hotel is a bit strange with narrow winding hallways; the bed was quite comfortable but the room was in dire need of upgrade i.e. holes in the walls, worn out carpeting, small tv, etc. Tried the lobby computer to obtain local info but the computer was slow and required so many upgrades that we gave up. WI FI was OK at best. Restaurants are nearby and easy access to highway to Montreal and Quebec City. Did not stay for breakfast.

This hotel was one we drove into as very tired from the long drive from St johns. Lady who checked us in very friendly and helpful and told us we could get breakfast in the morning just come and get a ticket. Room clean and large. We were pleased! But in the morning we went to get our ticket and hubby grabbed a coffee will the person at the front desk in front of a staff member and another person said to me there is coffee in the restaurant! You would not bring your lunch to the restaurant why bring coffee! My husband did not hear this I told him when we sat down. He was not happy so as we left he gave the guy the 5.00 for the coffee and told him he was rude. The hotel is part of the restaurant they are joined together! But other then the rude man the hotel is good for the price 116.00 with tax.

We stayed here for 2 nights in february, we called directly at the hotel and they had one room left for us at 190$ + taxes a night, when our friends booked through trivago and paid 140$ + hst a night! If i would of known even on trip advisor the rate was 160$ a night! We asked them kindly if they would consider giving us a rebate and they wouldn't! But its ok we agreed to pay the highest rate. The rooms were very clean, the beds are only double beds, the sheets smelled fresh, staff is ok, the hotel needs some renovation its older and for the price we felt we overpaid for what we had. They have a wonderful breakfast restaurant with alot of seating great ambiance and our server Melanie was the most amazing staff person i encountered there during my stay!

good enough place to stay there is a grocery store about 10minutes walk from there and a few restaurants across the street, also a movie theater across the street, the rooms are clean however the decoration is quite old if you want to see a video look for the channel mlkjml on youtube cheers

We stayed at this hotel for two nights for my son's HOCKEY TOURNAMENTS. Staff was friendly. room was very clean. bathroom was spotless but dated, comfortable bed. I wish this hotel was a bit soundproofed. All night doors for the hallway were opening and shutting. that was pain in______

Yes, the pool is open, but no lifeguard.....MEANS NO... THE POOL IS CLOSED... Double beds.... MEANS 3/4 BEDS... VERY SMALL FOR TWO PEOPLE AIR conditioner : WAS OFF AND ON ALL NIGHT LONG. Bathroom: THE FAN WAS NOT WORKING. Cots available: Incorrect..... none were available.. Elevator: No elevator... so seniors have to walk up three flights of stairs. Ice Machine: Only on the ground level.
