Rooms were clean but are dated. Staff was great. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only issue was that we happened to be there at same time as a number of hockey teams. So lots of noise, running up and down the halls and banging of doors. Management was good at shutting it down at a reasonable time.

I received a cold welcome from a young woman who didn't respect my request; on the contrary, she went against it. However, this was quickly rectified by another receptionist, a young man, who provided excellent customer service. The pool was heated, clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi needs improvement.

It’s a beautiful hotel . Staff aren’t to friendly though and no on warns you that theirs a deposit when you check it , they just take it off your card . At least warn us when we book the room , thank you
