I booked 2 rooms thru Expedia because the rates were better, but when we checked in, not only did they not have the room type I booked, but both rooms were charged MORE than the confirmed price in my email confirmation and when I questioned the front desk, she called her manager and I was told basically "too bad, this is our rate and its all expedias fault for allowing you to book for an unavailable room type, so therefore, your promised rate will not be honored." THIS IS SO WRONG AND I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION, NOR ANY OTHER ONE UNDER THIS COMPANIES NAME AGAIN!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR BOTH ROOMS!! P.S. This isnt an Expedia problem - its a MANAGER problem. I used to manage a hotel, so nice try on attempted to pass the buck! I WANT SOMEONE FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO REACH OUT TO ME - NOT THE MANAGER FROM THIS LOCATION.
