+ reception staff 24/7 + fresh daily towel + restaurants around + lockable capsules for safety + enough washrooms and showers so no wait time - the railing for the sliding doors of capsule were not vacuumed - there's no shampoo or conditioner, nor hairdryer - while people tried to be quiet, the space isn't sound proof at all - the capsule only has a type c and usb charger and it only charges when you're in your capsule since it needs ur key for power. Therefore anytime you stepped out and wanted to charge something- it was not possible; additional outlet charge would have been useful
