We stayed here for 2 nights. The location in Triana is perfect and it is not necesary to take neither taxi nor bus to the city center, just a 15 minute walk. The Hotel has been refurbished and the rooms are new now. Good breakfast
We stayed here in June 2016. Decor is dated, elevator small, dark hallways, rooms clean but needs updating. Location is south of the river in Triana, @ 15-20 minute walk to city center. We mostly used taxi to get around. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of shops, but hotel is tucked in a quiet area by a long driveway. Good breakfast/coffee. Staff friendliness is average.
We were expecting a grand hotel because of the tariff but ended up in a below average place. The lounge area is unimpressive, the rooms are gloomy and are badly in need of maintenance. The only good thing about Zenit is its location .The street adjacent to the hotel is a great place to hang out at and the river front, which is a short walk is awesome.
This was a nice hotel with a location across the river. There is a pedestrian area with lots of inexpensive restaraunts and a nice market right around the corner on the way into the historical center. The walk is only about 10 minutes and fun to walk across the river. I have stayed in Seville before and one advantage to this hotel is it is very easy to find. The historic area can be very confusing. It is also less than 10 min from the express airport bus stop. We did not eat breakfast since there were so many other choices and it seemed too expensive.
When your travel by car it's a good located hotel. Easy to find with googlemaps and a good parkinglot. Hotel is about 15minutes walk towards city center. Touristic Hop-on,Hop-off Bus is in the same street as the hotel! Rooms are nice, nothing to complain about. Also a nice breakfast, a lot of choices of fruit, bread etc. Also near to the hotel are a lot of nice restaurants. A good stay!
Stayed hear as a couple with a tour party. I would not recommend this hotel for anything room dull and dinghy, shower lethal, breakfast well what can I say not a lot couldn't even get a decent hot drink, husband tried boiled egg it was blue right through, yuk, evening meal sorry but that was awful to. Probably OK if on business just overnight but don't eat here. This was a terrible experience.
The hotel was located on the other side of the river away from the main historical centre. However a quick 10-15 minute walk would get one in the historical centre of the city. The room was just about ok. I was not happy when i was asked for a fee to use the locker, which should be a standard amenity in any hotel of this level. The hotel is definitely dated with one of the lifts that kept creaking away, and another negative was that the breakfast was really bad. The internet was bad.
This hotel is located outside the centre of Sevilla, in Triana. This means a 10 min walk to the outer limit of the city and about 20 min to the centre. On the other hand, it also means a quiet location and spacious rooms. The rooms don't offer a view, you are looking at a concrete wall, but at least there is a window that you can open. Yes, the rooms are outdated, but everything is clean. In the bathroom I found not only shower gel but also a shaving knife and a toothbrush which came in particularly handy as I forgot mine. The breakfast buffet offers a vast choice, all you need and much more. The restaurant did not look attractive to us, but of course there are many options in the city and even in Triana. We used the parking of the hotel (€19) as it is difficult to find a place in the street. There are bikes in front of the reception but unfortunately the system with coins did not work, we would have loved to discover the city by bike. A good and affordable hotel.
The hotel is nicely located, close both to the metro and to the historical city center. However, it's pretty old and somewhat shabby. They also stated that their restaurant is amazing, but it didn't impress me. What is more, they made me pay for the safe, 2.5€ per day.
We stayed here for a long weekend and were generally pleased. I'd say it's closer to a 3 star than a 4 but there was nothing about the place that was worthy of any specific negative comment. It is out of the centre of town which may be a benefit or hindrance depending on your point of view. For us it was fine. It was close enough to be able to walk to just about everything we wanted to see within half an hour and Seville is a relatively flat city so the walking isn't hard work. Though not in the centre of the city there are ample bars and cafes in the surrounding streets so ample choice of where to while away the evenings. That said we ate at a couple of neighbourhood restaurants, one of them recommended by hotel reception, and were very unimpressed with the quality of the tapas so it may be worth doing some research on that front before you travel. We didn't eat in the hotel itself. Our room was perfectly decent. Being where it is, tucked away down a side street, the rooms don't afford much of a view but we weren't disturbed by traffic noise and the bed was very comfortable. The room itself was in good decorative order and kept clean and tidy throughout. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices although it can get particularly busy if you're not down early. All in all a good value option if lacking in the frills you might expect from what is advertised as a four star hotel and Seville itself is a lovely place to visit, easy to get around and not pretty to look at (particularly when the sun is shining).
