The reception staff were so friendly and happy to help us with a couple of things. The breakfast buffet was amazing and everything seemed very fresh. Very good hotel located in the Nerveon area, which is well connected to the centro by metro and tram L1 which are minutes away. The hotel's design is vibrant, colourful, giving a spacious feel to the main lobby and bar/restaurant area and is modern. There are gym and spa facilities at the hotel and discounts offered. The breakfast choice was vast and nourishing. The rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard and feel very comfortable.
