Windows filthy. Plastercoming off near door. Furniture nice but very dusty. Twin room bout only one cup. Patio furniture and patio needed a good clean. Not a 4 star hotel would not recommended this hotel to a dog let alone friends.
This is another great NH hotel where we concluded our round trip. Room and staff excellent and again; a wonderful breakfast. Wifi is fast. Wall mounted TV with international channels. Shower in bath tub. My advise: Make sure youi plan for walk in showers in the future. Nevertheless; A fine hotel.
The hotel is nice and modern one. It has a paid parking that was very convenient. The hotel is in a walking distance from the main attractions (about 15 - 25 min depend where you would like to go). The room was good size with a view of the neighborhood and the parking lot. It was clean and modern. Breakfast was pricey so we ate outside (actually in the restaurant that belongs to the hotel...).
Anyone who thinks this is a four star is crazy. The carpeting in the halls was filthy. Bath fixtures were worn out. A/c marginal. Lobby was baron. Halls and room smelled. This hotel is a u.s. 2 or 2.5 star hotel. Big miss in the ratings. When we complained to the hotel staff, the universal response was that the hotel owners won't reinvest in the hotel.
Myself my husband and another couple stayed at hesperia seville in may 2017 this is approx 15 mins from airport and well situated for exploring. The reception staff were very friendly and check in was hassle free. The rooms were a good size and were very clean. The downfall with our room which had a joining door to next doors room ( which was locked) is that you could hear absolutely everything as if they were in the same room as you. So no privacy. Also they have a lot of functions going on in the hotel which was right below our bedroom so very noisy.this wasn't a problem during the day as we were out most of it. As for other facilities I believe there was a gym and spa in the hotel but we didn't use that. Now seville it self is absolutely beautiful I would reccomend sticking to old seville exploring both sides of the canal it's a very cultural city. the food was nice with plenty of choices for places to eat. A horse and carriage ride around the city is a must costing 45 euros. between 4 of us it was well worth it. You must try their orange juice it's amazing. It seemed to be the place for getting married as there were so many wedding parties. There is a metro which is really cheap so if you dont enjoy walking you can hop on and off also bus tours and trams. The weather was low 30s when we went which was lovely.I hope if you decide to visit this beautiful city you will enjoy it as much as we did .
If you are planning to see the Seville FC game, this is a great hotel to stay at. The Seville stadium is built next to a shopping mall, so lots of shops, restaurants and bars around. The hotel is clean and efficient, rooms are good size and comfortable. Decor is dated but ok. The walk into the town center is 15 mins, along one straight road, you will pass lots of Tapas and bars - good fun is you like drinking. The hotel restaurant is ok, but with so much around its better to find something outside. Wi-Fi was great - I was streaming video and did not lose connection. The hotel noise levels are low, outside and inside ( no doors slamming ) Would I stay here again – maybe …. I think I would stay more in the center of the city.
The nh Hesperia Seville is a good option for a short stay. The service is excellent! Really very helpful! The staff on the front desk and in the cafe went out of their way to help us, twice. Of the 6 nh hotels we stayed in over a month in Spain this was the oldest building by far. But the rooms are comfortable and very well maintained. (I should note that the photos on this TripAdvisor listing are a bit more modern than our room was.) The breakfast was nice, the wifi worked well, and the private parking was very easy to access (which is not the case at all nh hotels)! Finally, the hotel is in a good location to see the major sites in Seville. It's about a 20 minute walk to the old town, Alkazar and Cathedral. There's also a handy metro stop.
While the bedroom was comfortable the room decor was very tried and requires refurbishment. The wifi connection is very slow and not up to the usual speed expected in this type of hotel. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Great location next to the metro.
This hotel is nice and clean. Staff is really warm and speak well english. On our arrival Nicholas was very nice and welcoming. Even though it's not in the center it's not very far and a taxi will cost only 6 € to go to the center. Nearby you have also the stadium which garantee a nice show every game day.
The hotel's fascade looks quite old and dirty but the inside is beautiful. The room itself is big and clean. I do not have breakfast here so I cannot say anything about its restaurant. You can have breakfast somewhere dowtown for like 5e/ person (cafe or juice included). The staffs are nice and helpful. I don't like its position (there is super market and shopping mall nearby though). It's about 20mins walking to the center, and there is no view to enjoy during walking>>> boring and tired :( Last thing, the air conditioner does not work so well. I was here in April and still felt the heat in the room with the air conditioner on ( at night the temperature is lower, so it was ok for sleeping). Don't know if it will be ok in July :D
