The hotel is located in the heart of Sevilla's Santa Cruz district. A stone's throw away from the Alcazar and the Cathedral of Seville. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are full of charm and history. Our room and a glass floor, with a view of the ancient Roman ruins underground! I was there for the marathon, and the staff left me a very thoughtful welcome basket with marathon goodies. Would recommends to anyone looking for a cute boutique hotel located quite literally in the very heart of Sevilla.

The staff at the hotel, literally everyone, specially Alegría were beyond amazing and accommodating. This will be a forever must hotel for our family. It is in a great location, 1-2mins walking from the alcazar and cathedral…. There’s nothing negative that can be said about this hotel. Also, their breakfast is probably one of the best hotel breakfast I have had, definitely need to have breakfast at least once during your stay!

We stayed here for 3 weeks whilst visiting the area and , along with friends will be returning next year. We loved it. The staff are always available with a ready Hola and a smile and happy to help when requested. A special thanks to Allegria who was welcoming and made us feel at home. We stayed in a deluxe room which was comfortable and spacious overlooking the Royal Gardens with everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was very spacious , towels beautifully white and soft and good quality bed linen. We had breakfast at the hotel on one occasion only due to poor weather. Beautifully presented and tasty food . A great stay in a beautiful city. Cannot recommend enough.

What a wonderful small hotel in the heart of old Sevilla! We particularly enjoyed the attentive and friendly service during our 3 night stay. Our clean and comfortable room overlooked the quiet alley, the hotel is tucked behind the Real Alcázar gardens and very close to all the major sites of Sevilla, which we easily visited on foot. Breakfast was amazing and afternoon teatime included snacks to tide us over until dinner time. We would definitely stay here again.
