Great location but note taxi cannot drop you at the door. Breakfast unavailable due to kitchen out of use when we stayed so monies refunded. Rooms were lovely, spacious and had everything you needed. Note hairdryers available if you ask reception. Staff were amazing. Definitely recommend

The room was very spacious and very clean. Good AC which kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Reception staff were friendly and check in and out was very easy and quick. Unfortunately I was not informed that there was no breakfast due to issues with the kitchen, I found out on arrival so this could have been communicated to me better and pre-arrival.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of Seville. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to assist, special thanks to Joaquin for all his help during our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bed and natural light. The bathroom is very large with a great shower and hot water. Overall a great place to explore Seville as is within easy walking distance to all main sights and many restaurants and shops

The location was fantastic. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. It is difficult to get to from a station, so plan on walking some. The staff was polite, but not very helpful. The breakfast nook was closed, but she didn't have any suggestions that helped. We needed a wine opener, but she didn't have one. Little things, but we definitely felt as if we were on our own to figure everything out. The terrace was nice in the evening.
