Great location, lovely staff. Nicely decorated. Room spacious (no hanging facilities for long clothes eg dresses), zero draw space meaning we used sofa for storage. Plants on balcony dead. But don’t let any of this put you off, we would absolutely stay again.

Staff very friendly, helpful, excellent very pleasant. No direct close shop if you want groceries, i.e. water. Worth checking out the local bars and restaurants before you commit. We found the Bar Teresa had great atmosphere, warning stay in the bar and watch chaos so coordinated 😊

We were informed when checking in that breakfast would not be available during our stay owing to a problem with the kitchen. A refund was requested and we are waiting to receive this from Expedia. The hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. We had room 201 which had a large terrace. Shame that the planters were full of dead plants though. Hotel Boutique Elvira Plaza is a lovely place to stay. Check in was easy and I was able to store my bags until my room was available (I arrived earlier than check-in) which meant I could start exploring Seville straight away. The staff were really helpful and approachable. My room was large, clean and bright and the roof terrace is an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. The hotel is situated in a pedestrian area, in a beautiful plaza, with restaurants and many popular tourist spots within walking distance. I visited in February and had a wonderful time.

We really loved our stay here! It was right in the heart of Old Town Seville, and everything was within walking distance. Beatriz was so accommodating, friendly, and patient with all our questions and concerns. Our room was wonderful; perfect for a couple based on its size, and was always clean.

Hotel was in the perfect location albeit a bit loud as there were walking tours during the day. I would recommend staying here as the location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable with working air con. I checked in after midnight and had to check in at the sister hotel around the corner. Staff were super helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.
