Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washer/dryer, and a fireplace.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Pool La La. In the days leading up to our stay we were in constant communication with the property, letting us know what to expect and suggested fun things to do around the area. During the stay we enjoyed the pool and waterfall the most. All rooms were clean and comfortable. We can't wait to go again.

Great little cabin

Location was great. Right between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Property was clean and was as described. My only critique would be better sheets on the bed. They could only be described as if the material of a kitchen apron was used to make sheets. We also were there when it was raining so a door mat at the door would have been nice to help keep the floors dry. I appreciated the safety alarm on the door to the pool room too. We would stay there again as a couple or use one of the management’s other facilities if we came with our family.
