This house was perfect. We all loved the pool, hot tub and veiw. Not a long drive from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everyone had plenty of personal space. We had Friday night game night in the gamoom. The black stone was a bit of a challenge to is very uneven. But we managed LOL. We will definitely visit again.

Very clean but disorganized

We enjoyed our stay but the cleaning crew didn’t finish until 8pm. Check in was 4pm. We lost an entire evening waiting to get into the house. There were no instructions on how to use anything (like the code to the pool room door). I had to continually contact the host for information. It would have been very helpful to have a binder of useful info-codes, WiFi password, sign-ons to needed equipment, beach location, etc. Otherwise the house was well stocked and clean and the view was amazing.

This was a great lake house to stay at with our extended family. It has a beautiful view of the lake and is very nice throughout the house. Communication was great with our host and we had no major issues. Bedrooms are large and can fit large parties. Thanks so much for a wonderful week!!

The sleeping arrangements were wonderful. The kitchen and living area were a little tight for the 12 of us. Most of the shampoo and hand soap dispensers were empty or very low. The kids loved the game room and pool.

Baseball Tournament Trip

Beautiful place to stay. Short drive to the lake/beach area. Outdoor grill is a little small to cook meals for 12/14 people. A small fire pit at the house would be a great addition. We truly enjoyed staying here.

The Good, Bad and Ugly.

The GOOD was the view and the convenience to attractions like Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The BAD was the expectation that for the cost of the house was that the kitchen would be better appointed with the quality of cookware, silverware, and amount of storage space for food stuffs. The UGLY, was the 60 stairs that one needed to navigate over the 4 floors which makes it a challenge when you have young grandchildren/children sleeping either downstairs in the bunk room or upstairs in the loft and the grandparents are 67( but thankfully in good health).

Great house!

Our family enjoyed this house so much. The view was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our group of 11. The pool and hot tub was so nice especially for the young adults in our group. Pigeon Forge was an easy 30 minute drive. We would love to stay here again.

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time and the property was very nice for our large group. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the adults liked the hot tub and great scenic fall views. The property managers were very responsive and attentive both before/during/and after our stay.
