📌 A little about our cabin:

Million Dollar View is fully furnished with one king bed, fireplace, one bathroom and two twin beds in the loft. Up to 4 guests can sleep comfortably 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💤 in this charming mountain home. 🏔️

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, microwave, coffee maker, cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a few other essential items. You may wish to bring your choice of food and drinks 🥪🍹, favorite coffee roast☕

The living room has ample lounging space, fire feature, and flat screen TV for access to all of your favorite streaming services.

The covered deck offers an outdoor hot tub and rocking chairs. Kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy this amazing view. There is no better place you’ll want to be during a sunset! 🌄 . In the summer months you can end your day with a fantastic view of the Dollywood fireworks display. 🎇 🎆

The bathroom contains a stand-in shower, along with an indoor jacuzzi.

📌 Other things to note:

Bear sightings are very common in this area🐾, so be alert! Do not feed them or leave trash out on the deck or entry way. Make sure to lock 🔒 all vehicle doors and windows. Please take caution if they are in the area and keep away. They may look cute and cuddly 🐻, but do not attempt to interact with them.

The hot tub is for everyone! However, kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please read the spa rules posted on the deck before use. You should not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant.

No late check-out or early check-in ⏰. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

No refunds will be issued for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ or other disruptive events which may occur during your stay that are beyond our control. However, we will always do our very best to accommodate our guests.

While we understand that you love your pets, we have a strong no pet policy 🐶❌😺 for our cabin, in order to keep it safe for guests with COPD and allergies. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.

Please be aware that our minimum age requirement is 25.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had an incredible weekend trip celebrating a birthday at this cabin. Immediately after booking, communication with the host was on point and remained that way throughout our trip. The cabin is close to pretty much everything in the area, but once you get to it, it’s easy to forget as it is very quiet and peaceful. Check in was a breeze and when we walked in there was a nice bottle of wine and a basket full of snacks left for us to enjoy, which made the weekend even more stress free. The views off of the back porch of the cabin are incredible and we spent a fair amount of time out in the hot tub enjoying them. With it being July, we enjoyed fireworks from Dollywood every night, which made the celebratory nature of our trip even more exciting. The cabin was very clean and well kept, and there were even toiletries available for us to use if needed. We spent one day in Gatlinburg and the other day in the National Park and had such a great time. Can’t reccomend this cabin enough!

quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet retreat, away from the bustle of tourism, after our days adventuring. The hot tub has a great view of the mountains and Dollywood fireworks. This cabin was perfect for our family of 4, with 2 boys (11 and 14 yrs. old).

The property was just as expected from the description and pictures provided. It was the perfect cabin for my husband and our two young boys. The view is stunning and the area was very quiet spite there being a lot of other cabins in the area. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

A great view with a great location! This cabin is definitely dated in some ways, but it more than makes up for it with the beautiful views and it really feels like a home away from home. We would for sure stay again. The host is very kind and prompt with answers to questions.

This property had incredible views and was perfect for our family of four. Two twin beds in an upstairs loft and main bedroom downstairs with a patio door directly out the hot tub. You can sneak out there with a beverage for some peace and quiet while the kids sleep. We found the paved logging road up somewhat harrowing at first, but we are not used to mountain driving. We became more comfortable with it as the week went on, and determined it was well worth it for that view. Highly recommend.

Cozy Cabin

Overall I would rate our stay a 4.5. The cabin was very cozy, but is in need some of some updating. Bathroom shower is very small, but the jetted tub is very oversized for the room. Small things need touch ups etc but overall very satisfied with out stay in the cabin! Views are amazing!
