Great spot to enjoy the Smoky Mountains

Beautiful cabin with lots of space for gatherings or private moments. Loved the main floor for sharing meals, games and stories. Two decks provided great space for reading and watching the stars. Perfect quiet family spot.

Clean, comfortable home

The entire family enjoyed our stay and wanted to stay longer! Clean! Comfortable! Everything we needed in kitchen. Bathrooms were super. Living area and play area were great! Only area of concern was master bed needs replacing and entire property is NOT fenced in. But, we would stay again.

Very Disappointing

We chose the property because the description said “fenced yard” for our dog. One side of the fence on street side is gone - so NO FENCED YARD! The back yard is EXTREMELY steep and not well cared for. The view they speak of is where tops of trees have been cut across to show the mountains There is one AC UNIT - if you’re comfortable upstairs the lower floor is FREEZING. Kitchen was poorly stocked compared to many other places we have stayed. And we picked up 25 decking nails from the parking area - so be careful. I will say the cabin was very clean. The cabin is not “stunning”. careful.mountains.

Great Spring Break Stay

Great space for 7 people, beautiful view and large decks.Good AC, Good Wifi, Easy drive way for all types of vehicles. Nice Hot tub. Dog friendly! Clean and good water pressure. Beds comfortable. Happy with our trip

Great time's

We had an excellent stay! Cabin was clean, and in a nice location, which made it easy to get to either Pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. Will stay there again in the near future.

Beautiful cabin in the Smoky Mountains

Barefoot Cabin was amazing! Spotlessly clean, convenient check in and out, fully stocked with ample space for us and our adult children! Pretty views from the decks and family room! So close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Will definitely be back!

Great stay in the smokies!

We loved getting to rent this property for our family vacation. The house was super clean and very spacious. As a group of 6, there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. Having the fenced in yard was a major plus when traveling with dogs! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic cabin

Our family, kids included (which is saying something), absolutely loved this cabin. It was clean, spacious, had all the amenities, and it was perfectly located close enough to all the tourist action while being far enough away to avoid the crowds and traffic. I think the only downside was having to leave. One recommendation: Put a stone fire pit in that flat area on the hill. Would be perfect for cool evening S’more making.

Family Vacation

This rental was perfect! It had plenty of room both upstairs and downstairs for all of us to fit comfortably. The backyard, although steep, was perfect for our dogs. The property has gates on the decks and inside stairs which was super convenient. My nephew loved the pool table and many games provided. The location was awesome. We were within a short drive to the Parkway. If you stay here and are prone to getting carsick, check out different routes to the Parkway. One way is super curvy but on day three we found a much easier drive. For most of our meals, we ate out. The kitchen seemed to be fairly stocked. It was nice that there was a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring Tupperware as that was one thing we could not find but there is a Walmart and Publix close by! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful perfect place

Very clean place, no dust anywhere. The cabin is beautiful, we didn't want to leave this morning. I loved sitting on the top deck at the table at night with the ceiling fan , it gave a cool breeze and the moon lights up the deck. It was absolutely perfect. The kids enjoyed the downstairs with the games and the pool table. I would definitely come back to this cabin.

Perfect Cabin for 2 Families

The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The first floor has two masters where the adults slept and the kids all stayed in the rooms downstairs. The pool table, hot tub, and games kept us entertained at night. Location is close to Pigeon Forge but still felt secluded. The beds and couches were comfy and everyone had a perfect stay. This place is great and we will be staying here again.

Nice and spacious

The cabin was very clean, and spacious! Comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The cons are, only utensils, tableware, pans etc in the kitchen. Most rentals we've ever been to at least offer some basic supplies like salt and pepper, maybe aluminum foil etc. So be prepared to bring everything you need. The rental company that book this did not respond to a single message, when we called the person at the other end said they would send a message to the property manager and that they would get back with me. Basically that phone call was a waste of time because nobody ever got back to me. Overall was a nice stay, just lack of communication was agitating.

Wonderful mountain oasis

This was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids, wonderful outdoor space, absolutely loved the downstairs entertainment options. Wonderful cabin and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful vacation for 2 families

This cabin offered the perfect setting for a gathering of 2 families comprising of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby. The set up was perfect as we had one family upstairs and one downstairs. Downstairs was slightly cooler but we enjoyed it, so just dress accordingly. The house was in gorgeous condition and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and being outside on the decks. Our dog also enjoyed fetching her ball in the backyard, which is large but very sloped (just encouraged extra running for her). As others have noted, the kitchen has many dishes, pots/pans, but is lacking in supplies. If you plan on cooking, bring your own tupperware, saran wrap/foil, spices and olive oil. We really had a lovely stay, it is a gorgeous home. I only wish VRBO relaxed on their fees a bit. The cost per night advertised is not realistic once all the fees were added. It nearly doubled our 2 night stay.

Barefoot cabin in pigeon forge

Overall a good place to stay. Just a couple issues that could be improved on. Fireplace did not work. Hot water heater not sufficient for large groups. We had a family of six and had to make sure we gave each person a 30 minute buffer between showers or the water would run cold. Need a separate thermostat for downstairs. In order to keep the temperature comfortable upstairs the people downstairs were freezing.
