This stylish, newly renovated apartment features four sleeping areas, including a mezzanine open space, and is designed for maximum comfort after a productive day of sightseeing. Relax on the terrace or enjoy a home-cooked meal at the elegant marble dining table in the spacious kitchen.

We have recently upgraded the sleeping arrangements to offer a much more comfortable stay:
   •   Bedroom 1: King-size mattress
   •   Bedroom 2: Two single beds
   •   Sleeping Area 3 (Mezzanine open space): Queen-size bedding on a comfortable mattress pad
   •   Sleeping area 4A: Double bed has replaced the previous sofa bed—much more comfortable and supportive

The mezzanine and double bed area are open spaces, but the apartment continues to be described as having 3 bedrooms, as it has successfully accommodated guests this way for the past 8 years.

The apartment can accommodate 8 adults. N2( renovated whole house) white contemporary duplex house offers modern elegant and comfort for discerning vacation traveler. The house located center of the city takes 5 mins to Seoul station subways. The entire house has been lusciously revamped with bright and artful ease of NewYorker vibe and touch of Korean detail. The home consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equip kitchen with a delightful marble dinning table, a mezzanine and a double bed area.

We are not preparing mezzanine bedding for up to 4 people, so please let us know if you need it.

N2 white contemporary house, newly renovated duplex near Seoul Station, offers modern elegant and comfort for discerning vacation traveler. The entire house has been lusciously revamped with bright and artful ease of New Yorker vibe and touch of Korean aesthetic.

N2 originated from the first house Nook (Authentic but Modern Experience N) which has won 2016 architecture award and 2015 Beautiful house by Seoul City Major; offers less of authentic characteristics but definitely more cheerful stay for larger parties of guests.

The house features 2 floors plus a mezzanine over looking the dinning area on the second floor (the gem of N2!). Each floor has its own toilet and shower room (2 bathrooms total) for the convenience of the guests.

The space and amenities accommodate four guests comfortably and up to eight guests when necessary. You will love your stay in N2!

The main dinning area is the heart of the home. Located on the second floor opening with its spectacular 5meter high ceiling. It features 2.4meter marble dining table with fully equipped open kitchen, Kartell mirror lamp, Andy Warhol skateboard and pink mirror by Kartell and a terrace! Second floor is where you can have a morning read by the sofa next to an expended wall of window, and wine after a long tour of Seoul in the dinning area.

The first floor, the master bedroom offers a king size bed with 50 TV. The guest room feathers two super single beds, both rooms consist of romantically exposed wooden high ceilings, which were preserved for 85 years when it was first built. Also available for your convenience, washer/dryer near the separated toilet and the shower room.

Wonderful location for sightseeing - right next to Seoul tower and Seoul central station. The flat is wonderful, great to have the 2 bathrooms and toilets for a family of 4: and we loved the option of cooking at home in the kitchen when needed. A quirky, stylish and modern set up, we felt right at home. And sunny was wonderful, quick to reply, very welcoming and helped us with taxi’s from the airport. We loved our stay and would happily return in future to a fantastic city!

This is a beautiful property. Plenty of space and a large kitchen. Finding 2 bathrooms in an apartment in Korea is not super common so that was great for 3 women traveling together. While I may be a bit old for sleeping in the loft bed it was fun and felt like a nice place to get away at night. My friends said the beds were very comfortable. The amenities are good and the host was very responsive to any message I sent. The shower had been a little clogged and it was fixed for us within hours. Very close to Seoul Station (but there is a hill! You get used to it) We had a great time, thank you so much

Great location and very clean

We stayed here for 6 nights as a family of 4. The location is great. Very close to Seoul station and there are a few cafes and bars nearby. Sunny is a responsive host and the property is very clean. The only challenge we had was navigating our way out of Seoul Station when we arrived on the AREX train but after that we had no problems and really appreciated the apartment’s proximity to the subway and other attractions such as Namsan park. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

The three of us had a pleasant 10-day stay here in late May-early June. Sunny is a responsive and accommodating host. Check in and out process was simple. Airport transportation was arranged for us. House was clean and had plenty of the essentials—towels, hand soap, toilet paper, silverware, cups and dishes. No coffee maker though. There’s an electric kettle for tea or instant coffee. Plenty of coffee shops in the area although most do not open until 11 AM.Entrance to the house takes you to the bottom floor, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and washer and dryer. Stairs that lead upstairs are very narrow and steep so something to keep in mind when traveling with elders and small children. The one thing this place lacks is a living area with a sofa where you can gather and relax comfortably. I would say it comfortably sleeps 5, maybe 7, if you use the sleeping loft upstairs, more suitable for older kids/young adults. Great water pressure in the showers with plenty of hot water. Showers are spacious and could use a shelf to place personal hygiene items on. A/C units in both bedrooms and kitchen kept the house cool. Beds were comfortable.The best thing about this place is the location. You’re close to everything—Namdaemun Market, the Palace, Seoul Station, Nam San Tower, etc. All within a 10-20 minute walk or a cheap taxi ride. Seoul consists of lots of hills and stairs so come prepared to walk a lot in your most comfortable shoes and have an amazing experience!

Great location but not for the one with limited mobility

The owner , Sunny, was great. She was reachable very easily. The location of the property was great, near Seoul station, however, if you have a person with mobility issues , this place can be challenging. The dining room and the second bath room were on the second floor, and there are narrow stairs. From Seoul station to the property, even though it wasn’t far, it was very steep. We worked out just from that. Two people had some knee issues, so it was little tough. But if you don’t have any physical issues, it is a great place to stay.

Great stay near Seoul Station

A nice little property halfway up the hill from Seoul Station to Baekbeom Plaza, which was pretty comfortable for me and two family (all adults). There's a nice, 6-seat dining room table, but lounge seating is limited in the winter to the pull-out loveseat- there's another comfy-looking loveseat and a cafe table on the patio that will be lovely in summer. Stairs are required for entry from street level, and to access kitchen area.Host is very responsive and English instructions were clear. Neighborhood benefits as of early 2025 include several local indie coffee places, a convenient 7-11, and a lovely Italian-fusion bar just downstairs.We'd definitely stay here again.

Brought my family on our first visit to Seoul Korea and chose to stay in this beautiful home located in a nice quite local neighbourhood. We were walking distances to Seoul station, Namdemoon, and Myeongdong. Our host Sunny was amazing, arranged a cab to pick us up from ICN airport to and from the house. Always answered within the day any questions we had. I had the chance to go for a 1.9km run up to Seoul Tower via Namsan trail which was literally around the corner!

Lovely apartment

This is a terrific apartment with two nice bedrooms downstairs and space to sleep several others upstairs in the kitchen/dining area. We found it to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is close to Seoul Station -- great for transit and close enough to several touristic packages

Perfect location in Seoul!

The property was perfectly located within walking distance from Seoul station which made site seeing and traveling through Korea much easier. The 2 story property is clean and spacious. Management was very responsive replying within minutes of requests we made. The 8 of us made excellent use of the full kitchen utilizing Lotte mart at Seoul station for groceries. Would definitely stay again! Sleeping arrangements were easy with the kids and teens upstairs and the adults using downstairs bedrooms. beds in the downstairs bedrooms.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay at N2 for the week. Such a great location! Close to Seoul Station so very easy to get around the city to see all the sites, as well as catch the KTX and airport railroad trains. Sunny was a great host, responded quickly and also arranged a taxi from the airport which was so nice and convenient after arriving in Seoul on a long flight.

Great Place for our Family

We enjoyed this modern well kept place that was centrally located within Seoul with excellent subway access. Two full bathrooms and the washer/dryer set up were must haves for our family of 5 and this home provided those amenities. The beds were comfortable and the home was well furnished and supplied with everything we needed. The air conditioning in all areas kept us comfortable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the property. The owner was very proactive and wanted to make sure we had what we needed and communicated very well. Sunny is a great host. Highly recommend!

Great Home and Sunny was the best host!

Our family found the home to be perfect for us. Everything was as described with the home, location and process. The thing that stood out to me most was our host, Sunny, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Sunny helped us book a van from Incheon and back and even helped move times intra-trip. She was so gracious and even answered a couple of questions I had about the area that were totally unrelated to the rental.
