Great place to stay. Friendly helpful staff. Very useful having a washing machine/dryer in our apartment as stay was during height of summer. Very pleased for air-conditioning in the apartment.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen and laundry facilities in a good location. Lots of food options and shopping available. The apartment is dated in some areas such as carpets. The hot water in the shower took a while to figure out and it was not very hot, sometimes not hot at all.

Property was excellent for nearby shopping and restaurants. Hotel was very quiet and very clean. We stayed for 9 nights and the apartment size was very large for my husband and I plus our adult daughter. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for a week during a family vacation. We had the three bedroom apartment. It was spacious for our family of 4. The overall condition of the apartment felt dated and sparse. The carpets and furniture had stains, towels were minimal and threadbare, some bedding had stains. The third bedroom is more like a closet - no window and no other furniture except the bed. Cleanliness felt minimal especially when we found a giant cockroach in the bathroom. Yikes. Some positives: the washer was helpful, as was having two bathrooms. The location was convenient - subway stations and bus stops are at least a 5-10 min walk away. Overall, it was very reasonable for the location and space. But some of the cleanliness and maintenance issues give me pause. I would likely not stay there again.

Really an amazing hotel/condo. Staff very helpful Pros: The size of the appartment is very large, making very comfortable for a family stay. We had a 8 day stay at the hotel. Awesome location. Convenience stores are located right nextdoor. The hotel seemed to be a little on the older side but the rooms and kitchen were clean. You are able to adjust the themostat to set the room's temperature to your liking. The kitchen was large. We used the combined washer/dryer frequently. Shampoo, body wash, and soap are provided. Front desk are responsive to requests for additional supplies. The gym facilty was large and had plenty of equipment for running, lifting, and stretching. We did not use the swimming pool. The sauna was still closely indefinitely. The only quirk thing was that when you use the elevator, you have to hold the room keycard against a sensor to choose the upper floors - the computer sensor is laggy - you have the hold the card a while until you hear a beep - then you can select the floor - this took some getting used to.

The room are fantastic especially for families. The property is clean, well maintained, and the staff is friendly and very supportive. When requesting for assistance or help, they respond very quickly. The location is fantastic and the have a convenience store, 7-11 just across a road and a supermarket about 3 blocks away. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Seoul Korea and I would stay there again when the opportunity arises.

My go-to hotel in Seoul

I stay at the Orakai whenever I'm in Seoul. It's very comfortable, reasonably priced, with a nice pool and amazing views. It's perfect for longer stays since there's a kitchen and washing machine. I only wish it was more eco-friendly. The sign in the bathroom says that you can choose to keep your towels, but housekeeping replaces them anyway. I also usually keep the do not disturb light on because I don't need cleaning, but the housekeeper said (if we understood her correctly) not to do that because they're required to clean the rooms daily, which ends up wasting garbage bags for a tiny amount of trash.
