Great breakfast for sure! We flew in to Incheon but were flying out of Gimpo the next day. Booked this hotel and were not disappointed. Took the bus from Incheon to Gimpo and the underground walkway ( go to the subway then follow the signs for the Lotte Mall and hotel/cinema) to the hotel. Around a 10 minute walk. Rooms were comfortable and quiet for jet lagged sleepers. 24 hour 7-11 is a nice perk. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices. They even gave us a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

We were from Gimpo airport and checked in late at night before midnight. The entrance of the hotel was not easy to find due to a lack of light outside the hotel, and there was no enter sign at the entrance. That is why we thought it was closed. We went around over and over because we were running out of time, as the last check-in was until midnight only. Luckily, we saw a man walking and asked him where the entrance was. He told us that the 'no entry' sign was actually the entrance. We can't read Korean, so the 'no entry' sign was the only thing we understood, which we thought meant entry was prohibited. when we check in ,I told the front desk staff about that we had a hard time looking for the entrance but they even say nothing at all.She just asked for our passport and credit card for our deposit.That's very dissappointing because I like Lotte hotel ! In Seoul I did stay in there and they are so accomodating the staff was very kind, very entertaining it's different from Gimpo Lotte Hotel it's not like Lotte Hotel that I thought. the room also was not that clean the water in the bathroom has a leakage so i had to put a towel in the floor. We ate breakfast at the hotel it's quiet good but when we go back to our room the vaccum was in front of our door and nobody was there until we check out the vaccum was still there in front of our room.We check out and the day shift front staff and the bell boy help us to find a taxi and baggage that makes me feel a little bit better..

Fast check in & comfy room for a quick stay before a shockingly early flight out of Gimpo airport. Be aware even though the hotel is connected to Gimpo airport, doors that directly access Gimpo don’t unlock until 5 am. So be prepared to walk around outdoors (which takes about 20 minutes) instead of the more direct 3 minute walk from the hotel/mall.
