No a/c in November...so had to open window to cool down the room. Water pressure very low. Breakfast was very limited...soup, ham, bread, salad, juice...not buffet style. Room very small and cramped. Far from metro and airport bus station. Not bad location and pretty walkable to shopping and dining. Staff ok but not the most friendly. Lucky we stayed only one night...would not stay again.

First of all this place is very affordable but, the rooms are super tiny. Feels more like a dorm, the bed is very comfortable, there is a small fridge and a nice bathroom and tub. The facilities are really great, very spacious, working areas, the gymnasium is huge and very well equipped with weights, treadmills, and Pilates equipment. You get a daily breakfast, consisting a soup of the day, salad, bread, and a beverage. There's laundry and shared kitchen available. The location is prime close to restaurants and bars, and only a 10 minute walk to Hongik University subway station

Rooms are clean and spacious. I read a couple of reviews and saw some were saying that AC doesn’t work. It does! It’s a little complicated with the heated floors option but front desk were super friendly and kind enough to show us how to work the AC system and turn off the heated floors. Rooms are clean and comes with a pretty decent sized refrigerator/freezer. The amenities are great! There’s a big gym with plenty of Pilates/work out machines and free weights, plenty of washer and dryers along with a dry cleaning service. I love that they have a common kitchen to cook (about 5 stations) and have a meal. they also provide plates, bowls, utensils, pots/pans. I also do appreciate that they provide water bottles and have water dispensers throughout the place and floors! The hotel/space is walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and shopping but not in the heart of it.

Room was dirty - shelves covered in months of dust, hairs in the undersink cupboard and small bits of rubbish on the floor. There was food left by previous tenants in the fridge. However the bedding was clean and was very comfortable. It is a busy area for nightlife so fyi it is noisy from outside at night. They only clean the rooms once every 7 days (never stayed in a hotel which does it less than every 3 days). I asked reception for a clean sheet during our stay, and said I would change them myself but they refused. They let you have fresh towels but not a fresh sheet- why??? I then paid for 30k won fee for room cleaning - but all they did was change the sheets, nothing was cleaned and they didn't even bother to empty the bin. I feel ripped off for the cleaning fee, and that the staff were unkind in not just letting me have a change of sheets. I never usually leave bad reviews but the cleanliness was completely unacceptable.
