The staff could not be less helpful. They did not respond to any emails about my arrival before check in time and when I arrived wouldn’t even allow me to use the change room to freshen up with out needing to speak to the manager and argue for 15 mins .

the hotel was very clean (except on the men’s toilet in the lobby when used 1 day (stayed 7 nights). so many std rules to use the swimming pool that foreigner such as i am not aware of. surprisingly, beyond the desk agents and bellmen, english was practically not usable on my encounters. luv the grandness and luxurious historical interior.
