I would go elsewhere.

I don't think it was 59m2 floor space. Furniture was aged and room was little unpleasant. Good location and easy access. I'll pass next time.

Dirty and disappointing

Pro - kitchen - laundry washing facilities - spacious for family 4(2 adults; 2 tweens) -location to subway and affordable eateries -24 hr. e-mart downstairs Cons - very dirty (mould, hair found in drawers,dusty,etc.) - needs a significant face lift/over haul - kitchen --no tea towels, dish sponge,etc. ) -noisy in evening 'till 3 am because of night clubs near by For price of what we paid better value at other properties in Gangnam or closer to city hall area where many tourist attractions are located and subway lines.

A value for your money

It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, although a little bit outdated. Cleanliness wise, I must give it a 3 out of 5. But every thing else was great! I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close to every hip thing in Gangnam.

Really convenient location

The hotel has a 24hr convenience store on the ground floor as well as a well recommended restaurant. It’s close to Gangnam station which will let you easily explore the city via subway. The room is a bit dated but clean and well maintained

Good location near Kang-Nam

The location is very good for public transportation, food, and shopping. Minutes walk to Kang-Nam main street. Room condition was moderate fit to prices. Not enough space for guest parking, further, parking manager was annoying for my late check-in.

Close to evert hinges all conveniences

Everything went well with my 17 day stay. Staff helpful. All convenieces within the hotel or close by. Room cleaned everyday. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others pending cost of accomodation of course I got a good deal

Bathroom needs to be updated or cleaned better. Hallway outside the room smelled like bleach. The room was way too hot, 88 degrees when I got in. Wall unit AC was unplugged for the season with the remote to it taken out as well. The TV turned on but I couldn’t get any channels. I don’t really watch TV didn’t bother me too much. Staff did what they could, which I appreciate. Overall not bad for the price and location. Don’t know about 3.9 stars..

Smelly and dusty hotel that is being abandoned by

NEGATIVE: While the building is fairly new, this hotel feels as it has been abandoned by the management and cleaning staff. Upon check-in, I was allocated a room with a horrible smell of the recycling facilities. Towels have been extremely dirty probably left unchanged for weeks. Also, you can see how tall cleaning staff is, as dust higher up on the doors remained untouched. When immediately complained of the room condition, when I was willing to cancel and move elsewhere, management have upgraded me to a suite, which is very good of them. New room/suite has been better. At least, there was no horrible rotting smell inside. In general, there are no coffee/teas making facilities and you are expected to take care of it yourself. Finally, breakfast choice is extremely poor and all is too oily. POSITIVE: Management have appreciated the condition of the first room and have upgraded me. Laundry facilities inside. Location of the hotel is great. Close to subway and buses.
