Family

This was our second stay and book 2 bed rooms and was upgrade to a bigger room. The staffs was polite and friendly. There is a direct bus (6015) from the airport and stop in front of the apartment which is very convenient. It's near to Seoul station Chungjeongo station and Lotte Mart. We found out that take a taxi to the surrounding area is much more convenient, fast and cheaper especially when you travel with family of four. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

very nice location, near Seoul station, with Emart and café just nearby. the place is clean and big enough for a family of 4. the staff were friendly and could speak English enough to accommodate our concerns. we're very satisfied.

Good for families

We stayed in 2 different rooms with a break in between. The second room was not as good as the first, some lights were flickering, the shower strength was a bit weak and water temperature fluctuates. The towel replacement is inconsistent with number of towels replaced every day and we have to call housekeeping almost daily. The wifi lost connection a couple of days and had to ask housekeeping for help again. However the service is always prompt and friendly. Overall the place is still good with a bit more space for 4 pax and the washer/dryer is a life saver. Also easy walking distance from a few subways on different lines.

The place is spacious for family of 4, just that only 1 toilet/ bathroom available. There's basic cleaning every day but not hotel level service. The space and in unit washer/ dryer makes up for cleaning service. The concierge is responsive and comes with the missing items quickly eg short on towels, whenever we call. The apartments are walking distance to a few different stations, and easy access with airport limousine.

Everything in the room was in good working order and clean though a bit shabby. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that the curtains in the bedroom were thin and did not block the light very well, making it difficult to sleep. The living room curtains were very nice, if only these had been in the bedroom as well!

I'm so glad I booked this place

Staff were absolutely lovely and the view was amazing from my room. I felt I had a lot of freedom to do what I want when I want as the washing machine was nice and quiet, nobody bothers you if you put a sign on your door, and you dont have any noise. The staff are really good at solving problems if you need their help and they look after you. There is a manual in your room than covers everything in English. It's minutes away from Seoul station, and seconds away from the airport bus stop (6021). Klook or trazy will deliver your luggage to and from the hotel if you want (I did this just one way rather than lug 23kg on the airport railroad - you dont need it if you take the airport limousine). You can get a 'Discover Seoul' pass as everything is fairly close and with the kakao map telling you when the transport will arrive and and the Discover Seoul pass doubling as a T money card, you can really make use of how well connected the location is. Lots of convenience stores nearby, and it feels very safe to walk at night. The room was really clean and comfortable and I had an amazing holiday here.

Location is great. Walking distance to Seoul Station. This is our second stay in 7 years. The hotel is starting to really show wear. We have used it for the end of our stay in Korea because of the location and accommodation of our family with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and washing machine.

The property is in walking distance to subway station. It is a long walk from the lobby to our room in 2 separate elevators. There is no microwave in the kitchen and we had to ask for an iron. The water was cold so we had to have someone came up to turn on the hot water.

Had a nice 2 bedroom on the 31st floor. Beautiful view; but needed to be repainted in a few areas. Kitchen did not have forks, knives or glasses. Only chopsticks, spoons and coffee cups.
