This wasn't a nice hotel. In the morning I woke up and first I saw a cockroach running over the floor close to my bed. The restaurant was terrible. I ordered a chicken burger. I have never eaten a so bad burger and the breakfast wasn't special but very expensive. Take an other stay

The staff were very good . The place is vey nice . The only thing we didn’t like was the buffet breakfast . Reason why was there was so many flies on the food it put us off . We went else where for breakfast

The property is clean but requires some maintenance. The kids enjoyed the pool area. However, I found the room service menu and spa services ridiculously expensive, especially considering you can find excellent food and spa treatments just steps outside the resort in Seminyak for less than half the price. I may consider returning primarily for the location and the cleanliness of the property.

Great Service

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They security Team is great. My phone was stolen in Atlas beach club and the security worked with the police all might to help find my phone . The service team are very nice and helpful .

Had an excellent stay at Haven. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. Syahrul and the other room cleaning staff were very attentive and were always available for help. Sarah and the restaurant staff were always asking if everything was ok. There were no issues with the rooms. The pool was nice and the hotel is close to restaurants and the beach. I stayed here 10 years ago also, and will certainly come back.

We stayed at this property in a 2 bed suite and throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were super friendly, helpful and the suite was very spacious and immaculate. One thing to note if you are staying in a suite, is there will be a lot of noise (from early in the morning) from children playing in the pool when it opens from about 7am. If you are looking for quiet, this may not be the best option. We weren’t able to use the pools for this reason, which was a bit of a shame. In terms of factors within the hotels control, our stay was excellent. Great location, free shuttle to the beach, afternoon tea, great breakfast spread. Thank you.
