My stay at Paisa Seminyak Living was okay. The villa was quiet and comfortable—perfect for relaxing in vacation mode when I wasn’t out on tours or exploring. There’s no on-site restaurant, only room service, but that wasn’t a problem since the area is very walkable. Just a short walk away, there are plenty of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, along with great shopping and vibrant nightlife. It’s a popular and busy area, so it was nice to have a peaceful place to retreat to at the end of the day.

The pictures are very deceptive, it's not clean at all. Our sheets and towels were stained, we found hair on the bed, the room had a very terrible smell. Would not recommend!!

The property isn’t what it shows in the pictures!! Rooms are tiny and it’s down some dirty alley right away from the beach and nice cafes. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews which I should have. The pool was not as shown and had plastic in it. The out for kitchen/living area was about 2m long and 1m wife. Their was old food left in the cupboard and everything was dirty. The bathroom was tiny, the toilet was leaking and it was in a dark room no were near the pool as the photos showed. It also had a terrible smell so I refused to use it, going to the bathroom at restaurants. The sheets had multiple stains on them and there is no safe. We were meant to stay 3 nights but stayed one. They refused to give us a refund for the other two nights even after expressing our concerns and how we were very unhappy with the deceiving pictures.

Staff were very friendly, reception was a little off putting just a small room. Apart from the fact that the room list stated it had a bath and then we arrived and it didn't was a little disappointing. Very minimal amenities but was in a good location close to everything. Thank god for aircon because its so hot, private pool was nice.

Pool was not cleaned. It appeared that bathroom area and kitchen area were wiped down rather than cleaned. Not close enough to the beach or the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. In saying that, taxis were everywhere and easy to catch.
