No doubt about it, this hotel is fantastic value for money. Simple, clean, quiet location and only a short walk to Seminyak eateries and shopping - they also offer complimentary transport service to Seminyak Square with hotel cart. Such friendly staff - especially Oka at the rooftop pool! Only thing that could be improved is the very dated gym equipment I tried using during my stay. Will certainly be back, cannot go wrong with this lovely place.

Room quite dirty and area not the best - down an alley and it’s awkward to navigate to beach etc. Also had a few unexpected geckos in the room! But I’m reliable informed they’re very safe so not a real issue here HOWEVER the facilities are brilliant and the staff are fantastic. Would 100% use again, could just use a bit of TLC.

Poor stay

Got e.coli and Sapovirus while staying there. This happened when I was only eating room service and breakfast buffet at the hotel. Also the house keeping didn't wash the coffee glasses, kept forgetting to leave us hand towels, and was overall below average. Also we had to run the shower for 20 minutes before the water got barely hot most of the time. Overall, not a great stay.

Had 3 rooms here and had problems with 2 of them. Could be a great place but lots of construction going on and the deck around the pool is in poor condition. Its pretty cheap to stay here and you get what you pay for.
