This was our first trip to Bali. We loved the property, the space and our private pool. The staff here are always smiling and incredibly kind. It was so nice and quiet yet close enough to beaches and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back!

The shoulder is suck. Temperture non stable and can go to very hot a moment, then very cold next minute. All furniture is very old and not maintainable. My son room even has a very bad smell in the bathroom. Not even a 3 stars hotel but they said they are 4 stars. It is a joke. However, staffs are friendly.
Can u imagine lock is outside the bathroom instead of inside the bathroom. What the hell.
See how bad the closest
Why the closet night is at the bottom and not far m top of closest. Omg. Once open the closest, light directly flashes to your eyes and I need to put something to block it. Stupid enough.

We stayed here for a week and it was close enough to main areas to walk to markets, restaurants and even the beach if you like a longer walk. Otherwise its only a short taxi ride. Its also in a good spot for exploring other parts of bali and we hired a driver to take us on day trips to Sanur, Ubud, Nusa Dua etc. We liked the family villa and it was very spacious, the staff were lovely and kind and helped in anyway they could. The breakfast was great and we loved the variety of foods to choose from. They cooked us fresh omletttes everyday which was lovely! the villa itself needs a little work done on the inside but still was lovely. The gardens are very nice too. we would definately stay here again.

This villa was great! Highly recommend. It’s real quiet at night and only 5mins from beach Rd. Friendly staff and the included breakfast every morning was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

Staff are very accommodating and hospitable. I would give them 5 stars but I give 4 stars because the towels are old, look dirty white not white and there’s no swimming pool water heater. Food is delicious and they can deliver the food to your villa.

We had such a wonderful experience at ASA Bali villa, friendly staff, great communication .Buffett breakfast was amazing. Very private and quiet, enjoyed our own private pool. Room service was excellent…our room was cleaned and sheets changed every day . Laundromat was just across the road. Thank you ASA Bali villa for such an amazing experience, will definitely book you guys again.

Seriously amazing villa, one of the best i have stayed. Unfortunately the rest was poor. Villas are situated 300m plus from reception. When i left at 5am for airport, i walked outside, hoping to ask security for a lift to reception to check out. No security visible at villas, called and messaged through whats app to arrange a lift from the 24 hour reception and security. So i walked myself and the suitcases to reception to find every one sleeping. Service and options at breakfast were poor, ordered some poached eggs and left 20 minutes without the eggs and the notice of staff. Huge potentail here but fails miserably, strangely management have not replied to my concerns.
