Degrees and installations with the latest developments in technology: e-card starter, background music inside and on the terraces, Loewe TV in the living room and bedrooms, wifi.
All 4 bedrooms are equipped with bathroom, dressing room, TV and exit to the terrace.
The 50 m2 kitchen is fully equipped, as well as the dining room and living room.
The garden has terraces (1,000 meters), which are ideal for outdoor events with a capacity for 200 persons. There is a chill out area and parking for 100 cars.
For events inside the area the house has a maximum capacity of 20/25 people. Ideal for business meetings, conferences and small celebrations.
