The villa "Can Grenat" is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It offers impressive views of the villages of Selva and Caimari. It is just 5 minutes from Selva and 10 minutes from Inca, where you can find all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.



This large estate of 26,000 m2 is perfect for families, groups of friends, or cyclists. Its location is excellent, with the nearest beach just 20 minutes away by car. You can visit all the towns in the Sierra de Tramuntana, take great bicycle rides, and go on excursions. The house is 270 m2, with 400 m2 of terrace and a 10x5 meter pool where you can cool off during your stay.

Tolles Mallorca-Feeling

Wir wurden von den Besitzern und dem Verwalter Arnau extrem freundlich empfangen und verbrachten tolle Tage in dem Haus. Man fühlt sich direkt zuhause, da man merkt dass hier sonst die Familie ihre Zeit verbringt und alles liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Der Ausblick über das Tal auf Selva ist großartig. Als Ausgangspunkt für Radfahrer ist die Lokation perfekt. Der Einstieg zum Kloster Lluc ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt.

Peaceful location in the center of the beautiful island Mallorca

Our trip with a group of 11 People was great. The bedrooms are clean and well equiped. The kitchen offers all things you need to cook for the whole stay. The outdoor area around the pool is great for chilling and dining in the evenings. A rental car is mandatory since you have to ride some km to the next supermarket. The communication with Arnau is great. He will welcome you at your stay and if you have any problems you can always reach out to him. We can recommend 10/10
