College annual trip was in Seguin this year, and we could not have picked a better weekend. It was Christmas in July in Seguin. Every store was 20-25% off! This little cottage served as the perfect location to downtown and all its offerings.

The house was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were cozy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was great—close to local attractions, restaurants, and stores, but still quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect spot for our family to unwind and enjoy some quality time together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We loved the house and location. It was easy to get to except during the parade on the 4th! There is a camera mounted in the living room that was unable to be turned. While we weren’t really bothered by it, it did seem weird.
