Very good location with beautiful scenic views. A walk into town. House was very clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eric and Heather were wonderful hosts and very accessible.Highly recommended!!!!

The location and sunset from here are out of this world. The host has thought about the amenities and made our Valentine’s Day extra by having the outdoor firepit and hot tub on the patio. The house is very spacious and plenty of comfortable big beds for everyone. We look forward to our next stay there!!

Views are great. Beds are super comfortable. Hard to get in/out of driveway, so be prepared if you have a larger vehicle. We enjoyed the hot tub and being close to everything.

Absolutely incredible spot and view of Sedona! The view itself is worth every penny! The second you step into the house there’s floor to ceiling windows that shock you with an incredible view of the mountains and red rock! The beds and rooms are spacious and comfy! The outdoor patio and hot tub were a huge plus for us traveling with kids! Overall 10/10 experience! I will say the driveway is a tight fit for bigger SUVs which I knew going into the trip, but it is tight. Would stay here every time we visit!

Absolutely wonderful! Our family of 5 stayed here for 1 night and only wished it could have been longer. Views were incredible and the house was impeccably clean and had everything you could need! I think the mattress in the Master was the MOST comfortable thing I have ever slept on! We were within walking distance to SO many shops and restaurants. It was perfect! The owners are also extremely quick to respond and clearly go out of their way to make your stay amazing!

The comfiest beds we have slept on in a rental or hotel...so much we looked up the brand! Due to the really short stay, we didnt get to use much of any ammenities provided or cook.The view though...to wake up at 6am to see rolling clouds with a cup of coffee and watch the rain on the porch and direct views of snoopy rock and beyond were unbelievable. Definitely would want to rent again during winter!
