The balcony view was quite scenic and the parking was easy and felt secure. I have been staying here during the Christmas holidays for several years now and have always had a great experience. I love this hotel and the town of Jerome!

Room and bathroom were fantastically clean and had a nice atmosphere. The room is a little small. Need somewhere to put your luggage. Staff, Nicole, was wonderful. "Breakfast snack" was tasty.

Staff is very courteous, good location at bottom of Main Street still very walkable. Cleopatra Hill room is tiny with a nice view, the Americana theme room that is upstairs is dark, no view and very cluttered. It does have two armchairs that Cleopatra room didn't have. I left couple of items and I was able to get back. Breakfast had homemade muffin and egg muffin with selection of fresh fruit.

Excellent views from the front facing rooms and easy walk to town. Fun decor throughout. Like many historic buildings it’s a bit creaky and noisy but they have earplugs.

I’ve stayed here twice. I love the theme rooms. The atmosphere is tranquil. The price is reasonable and staff are very friendly. I’ll stay here again for my next trip to Jerome AZ.

It's hard to park there. The directions were done unclear about parking. Keys are missing tags. The instructions are too wordy to safe on human interaction. Too much to follow up. I couldn't find a switch in the room, there is no fridge Bad shower, tiny, uncomfortable. Hard to understand which is shanpoo and which is a shower gel. Didn't get a spooky vibe just neglected
