Quail Cottage is a charming and spacious one-bedroom freestanding cottage with its own secluded patio, outdoor seating, a lovely view, and a hot tub for guests’ exclusive use.
The main living area features high ceilings and abundant natural light from large south-facing windows, while surrounding trees provide welcome shade in the summer. This room includes a full kitchen, dining table, breakfast bar overlooking the patio, a comfortable queen sofa bed that sleeps two, streaming TV with Netflix, Amazon, internet access, and beautifully faux-finished walls that continue throughout the cottage.
The bedroom is also generously sized and includes a king bed and a twin daybed for additional sleeping options. The cottage also offers a full bathroom with a bath and shower and is decorated in soothing sea-inspired colors, giving the entire space a calm and comfortable feel.
Quail Cottage is situated on a two-acre property at the end of a quiet lane, with free parking available next to the building.
Biking and hiking trails begin right outside the door, so there is no need to drive anywhere. This makes the cottage an excellent choice for mountain bikers and hikers seeking a friendly, relaxed setting with plenty of space.
The property is home to chickens, dogs, a garden, and an active family atmosphere, while still offering a peaceful rural setting surrounded by Sedona’s stunning red rocks. Guests can enjoy hiking directly from the property and still be just 10 minutes from Sedona’s restaurants and shops.
Please note that Quail Cottage is intended for short stays. The maximum booking length is typically 10 days, and occasionally up to two weeks, as the property is not suited for extended holiday stays.
