Two reasons for not giving an excellent rating. First, hot tub wasn't ready to use. Second one you can't control... Garbage truck at 4 am dumping 5 bins and then at 6 someone blasting their music.

I normally do not give reviews but this time I should because I wouldn't want someone to get hurt on this tube of a thing pinched and bent over sticking out under the left bed frame in rm. 215. Internet access password is very confusing, front desk says mgmt knows of this already. Very slow check in. She needs help and doesn't answer the phone. Hot breakfast was not very good.

I was able to finally complained that night our annoying neighbor was slamming doors and literally rolling himself down the stairs (sounds like) thy talked to him and it didn’t make any more noise until 6 am.. bless their heart they don’t go out often or know how to act when they are out
