A short distance to the Sebastian Golf Course and 10 minutes away to the Ocean. Also is a mile away to the US Highway 1 (street full of restaurants, grocery stores, a recreational park, Riverside Bars, etc). Sebastian, FL offers activities for all kind of tourism: skydiving, surfing, treasure hunting, fishing, hiking, jungle trails, nature observance, resting at the beach, outlets and mall shopping, among other activities).
