We had such an amazing time at the Cozy Banana Cabana. I absolutely loved the soaking tub — I think I spent most of my time relaxing in that amazing tub. The heated floors were definitely a bonus to wake up to in the mornings. Alice and her family were incredible; their hospitality went above and beyond. The secluded garden was so calm and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind after long days of sightseeing in Seattle. It was exactly what we needed before heading off on our Alaska adventure. Highly recommed!!

Great location and clean and fun property. Only odd part was that you were right in someone's back yard and the window coverings were inadequate so it felt like you could be watched all of the time and had to get dressed in the bathroom. Perhaps some drapes would help for privacy

Awesome little cabana! The heated floors are wonderful and the vibe and decor are on point. The communication provided was very helpful without feeling overbearing. We stayed in the winter, but I'd love to go back in the summer to see the yard in its full splendor.

We loved the rental! My only complaint though, personally, was that the sheet covering the mattress gave me rugburn on my elbow while I was tossing and turning in bed. So fair warning if you're someone who rotates like a rotisserie chicken before you fall asleep. Other than that though, no complaints!

Very unique cottage with lots of charm. Comfortable, cozy, good use of space. Great little corner bath tub with plenty of room as well as rain shower head. Amazingly comfortable bed. Good location, 1/2 mile to Trader Joe’s and grocery, coffee, restaurants.

You don't need to travel far to safari!

While I anticipated a unique stay in the Banana Cabana, my expectations were greatly exceeded by the fabulous tropical/safari feel, filled with plants and intriguing decor! Comfortable; fully stocked for cooking and entertainment; with clear instructions for everything. The soaking tub and rainshower are generous. The location is convenient for anything you'd want to do in Fremont/Ballard. Alice was very responsive about any questions I had. I hope to be able to stay in the Cabana when my travels next take me to Seattle!

Cozy, quiet, and stylist

Such a great little get away for a few days. Loved the soaking tub and being able to explore parts of Seattle north of downtown. Well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable lodging.

Perfect Location

This place is a little gem! Plenty of space for my husband and I. Walking distance to the Fremont Brewing district. A perfect place to crash after wedding festivities. The soaking tub was amazing and a great way to relax after a long day. We don’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well stocked. Heated floors were a special treat.

Banana Cabana for the win!

The Cabana is a deliberately curated step into the tropics. Truly delightful. Owing to the cold PNW winters, the heated floors were a real treat! We will definitely bookmark this property for the next time we find ourselves in Seattle. Easy street parking but a great location - close to all the things.
