Three star hotel that has seen better days. But wish I could give 3 . Staff was great. Ocean view room with a kitchen was a deal. Indoor pool. Phone, ice machine and stove didn’t work. Within 5 minutes of my call staff was buzzing around fixing things. They are under construction doing a major remodel so it will get better. . Still I would say stay there now while the rates are so good. I didn’t spend much time in my room anyway.

Good location. Good view of the beach. Staff was very friendly. Water pressure was good and only took a couple of seconds to get hot water ... better than my house. Gas fireplace was nice to look at but didn't put out much heat.

My wife took my kid into pool bathroom and there was blood and fecal matter all over the floors and toilet. My wife didn’t feel safe staying here with kids so we checked out and left. Not a very good impression with cleanliness. Will never recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice we had oceanfront balcony. Wall to beach and promenade. Pool and hot tub oceanfront. New owners making upgrades. MO’s restaurant connected to hotel. Walkable to other restaurants, bars and shops.

The room was habitable and could have been put together better. Fridge was barely stable. Carpet coming up from seams in floor. Fireplace didnt work. Bathroom shelves were falling off tbe wall. Dont pay extra for early checkout

View and location was excellent.We paid extra $35 for late check out just to have room service pound on the door and try to enter at 10:45 am. Staff didnt offer any compensation, just a sorry and excuse. 24 hr pool for adults was cool but you had to fight for room in the hot tub due to size.

My husband and I booked a long weekend here and you could tell as soon as you pull into the parking lot renovations were happening but we’re also needed. Soon entering we were greeted by great and friendly staff. Room was a great price for the amount of space we had. However parts of the room need some work. Closet door was hard to open and same with the balcony door. Elevators were very slow to get just from the lobby to the second floor. However the hotel needs improvements but you can see that they are working on it. Given everything said I would come back and stay again.

This is the old Shilo Hotel with a different name and was disappoiting when we realized it. The hotel badly needs to be renovated, the sink faucet was barely attached,the front door to enter the hotel routinely stuck and had to knock on the glass to be let in by hotel employees. Sorry would not recommend there are better places for the cost of the suite.

Paul was wonderful. Our fireplace did not work in the room which was a feature we were really looking forward to and he was able to swap us to a room with a working fireplace and a better view of the ocean.

This was my first stay at this Hotel and it was just such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy my time with my kids. The staff all around was wonderful! Our coffee machine went out and we got a new one in a short time and the front desk was so friendly, i really felt that everyone there wanted to make sure my stay was as best as it could be!
