Guest Access:
Starting June 1st through September 8th, 2026, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.
Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.
Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view! Stunning sunset the first night and we enjoyed watching the beach and promenade walkers, including folks out digging for razor clams at low tide. Very convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
We stayed here for a few days with our two kids and it was perfect. It was a close walk to anything you could want yet far enough from the busiest part of town so it’s still quiet. We will stay here again, much better than a hotel!
Our room was great! Elevator was super slow and one was out of order. Luckily we were only one floor up so the walk was just fine. Also, heads up the pool is like 4’ deep and pretty small. The location is awesome!
